Excellent accommodation, the house meets expectations, spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Cheerful outdoor areas, safe for children, and with easy beach access. We hope that we can return.

Very nice house, there are many places of the house where you can rest comfortably. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. How great to be able to go by boat and see the mangroves

The cabin is very nice, cozy, clean, with good furniture, beds, blankets, towels, an equipped kitchen, Internet with excellent connectivity, nice and tasteful details, lots of green areas and tranquility, an excellent experience with nature, and it's a safe place.

An excellent place to escape the routine

The accommodation is completely nice, spacious, beautiful pool and everything was clean, in short it seems that the accommodation is new👏🏻. Communication with Victor was super good and the people in charge were very friendly and polite. Just as a recommendation, improve the shower in the bathroom, since we wanted to use it but it didn't work and the water was very cold (that can be solved). I think you need to add more photos like the one of the bathroom and living room to the page and add the rules of the pool until 12 at night, otherwise I would return with my family. A place where you can rest, enjoy and everything is super close to pulperías, supermarkets, etc. The location is really super good 👏🏻

The treehouse was beautiful! There's a nice covered porch with a picnic table & hammock to hang out on. There are 3 treehouses side by side so the area is private but you could definitely hear your neighbours which was fine for us! The host provided everything you needed. Because you are in the trees, you could hear the branches hitting or scratching the roof but we never noticed it when we were sleeping. We were a little far from the main part of placencia but there were great restaurants near us too. The concierge was very helpful and responded quickly!

a very easy place to arrive, and the time you arrive is the best since we arrived very night and welcomed us kindly and quickly to deliver the room.

lovely spot with a lovely family running the show. we were made to feel very at home, and the island was so nice. The only minor point is that the 4 different resorts on Tobacco Caye would do themselves even more proud if they had a communal tidy up around the 'back spaces'

A beautiful place to stay, the host is very attentive and responsible. San Juan Chamelco is a very interesting town and close many close places to visit.

Sheila and Mark are one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered.. very friendly and helpful! Their place was perfect, centrally located so you could head one way into placencia or the other way to the restaurants in maya beach. The supermarket was also very close. Having a pool was amazing for the hot days :). I highly recommend this place and will be staying here again next time :)
