Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Close to Karlstad University, bus connections, this apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The home is great for those who are here temporarily visiting friends and acquaintances or want to stay a little longer and explore Karlstad with the surrounding area. Secluded with the forest behind the house, a private path to the viewpoint on the mountain but at the same time a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and the old paper mill where Not Quite is located. There you will find a bakery and during the summer a café and bistro, art exhibitions and a building maintenance shop. Swimming area is a 20-minute walk (1 km).

Simple living in fantastic Fengersfors. The accommodation is in Fengersfors recreation rooms. Close to, among other things, nice swimming areas, hiking trails and Not Quite with exhibition and café. The accommodation is simple. There are 2 90 cm beds and a sofa bed that is 140 cm when made up. Kitchen with fridge and freezer available. Toilet is available but NO shower. Sheets are not included but can be purchased. Also possibility to use washing machine if purchased.

A smaller marina is available with a launching ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, but they are available to rent. The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

The apartment is located like an angle in our house. Private entrance to the apartment. WiFi is available. The Pilgrim's Path to Spiken/Läckö goes right outside our house. The veranda at the entrance to the apartment is for the guests. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and about 4 km to Läckö Castle. The house has a scenic location.
