This cozy apartment is excellently located within the fishing village of Alvor, only about 500m (10 min walk) to the nearby beach, restaurants and supermarkets. This apartment boasts one large room/living room, one kitchen with fridge and oven, one TV screen and one bathroom with shower. In addition to this, you may enjoy a pleasant balcony and make use of the building's swimming pool, garden and car parking space. Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.
