Rånäs School

Stay in the old teacher's residence in Rånäs School. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities. With only 30 meters to the lake and access to your own jetty and boat, it is easy to enjoy fishing or swimming. Tiled stove and wood stove are available. Some firewood is included, more can be purchased. The guest cleans, cleaning is not available for purchase. Bed linens are not included! Access to a boat (Eka) and canoe is included in the price. More information and instructions are located in the house. about 45 minutes by car to Idre and about 20 minutes to Särna.

We rent out our simple, well-equipped guest house located just above the village of Mörkret, about 5 minutes by car before the main entrance to Fulufjället. The cabin is winterized and has electricity, hot and cold water and a wood-burning stove. The cottage has a kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa and TV, toilet with shower, two bedrooms (a total of 6 beds) and a hall. There is broadband as well as Google TV and Xbox. An incredibly well-planned apartment of 55 sqm that takes every square meter and uses it to the max, which makes it feel much larger. Small bedrooms and a focus on social spaces give a sense of space. The standard is very high with everything you could possibly need on your mountain vacation. There are three bedrooms with a total of 6-7 beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna, fireplace and balcony with an incredible view.

There is something for everyone in the surrounding area as it is a 25-minute drive to Idre Fjäll and Fjätervålen for skiing in winter and cycling in summer. Comfortable distances to Grövelsjön and Nipfjället for fishing, hiking and fantastic nature. Gördalen for snow and snowmobile experiences, Fulufjället for hiking, nature and fishing. The cottage is therefore in an excellent location if you want to explore nature. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Välplanerat attefallshus ett stenkast från längdspåret! Huset ligger med närhet till Högfjället i ett naturskönt område med ett fint ski-in/outläge. Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.

Gränjesåsvallen, Idre

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With the trail to Städjan just around the corner. Close to Idre Fjäll's slopes and nice cross-country trails, if you want to go out on a hike, there are trails out in nature and up in the mountains. Snowmobile trails are available from the house. In summer and autumn, there are nice bike trails, fishing waters or put on your shoes and take a morning walk up to the Städjan or just enjoy the view and tranquility from the balcony of the cottage.

This is the perfect place for nature experience, outdoor life or rest. Perhaps a short drive to Idre during the day for adventure or to Sweden's highest waterfall with fantastic hiking trails in wonderful nature. End the day with an evening dip after the barbecue on the patio.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
