Omar y Diana fueron muy amables, me dejaron dejar mi mochila antes del check in y me avisaron que mi habitación estaba lista antes de la hora del check in lo cual fue mi conveniente. La ubicación es excelente ya que está rodeada de lugares trendy como cafés y restaurantes. Las sábanas olían a detergente lo cual me gustó y las camas estaban súper cómodas. Le doy un 10/10. Cabe mencionar que el baño no es compartido. Recomiendo ampliamente.

Me encantó mi estancia en este lugar, la zona está muy agradable para salir a caminar ✨ y el lugar estaba muy limpio y acogedor!

Todo estuvo muy bien, los fines de semana puede ser un poco ruidoso por qué hay un bar a un lado, pero para nosotros no fue un problema y la atención fue buena

Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. El gerente y el resto del personal del hotel son sumamente atentos, amables y responden directamente a cualquier necesidad o contratiempo. Muy recomendado.

Es un lugar HERMOSO , La atención inmejorable y la ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la vista de las.montañas alrededor y para ir al centro.

A truly special place. We just had one night here, but it was so beautiful (both the rooms and the courtyard), we wanted to stay forever! The comfiest bed we have ever slept in! The staff were so lovely and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Llegué con facilidad las intruciones son claras lo único que no me gustó fue el olor del lugar al entrar a la casa olía mal como a pies incluso afuera del cuarto y después dentro del cuarto olía igual, eso fue lo único que no me agradó de ahí en fuera el lugar bonito cálido y tranquilo para descansar

Hacienda Gobernadores is a hidden oasis in the middle Mexico City. From beginning to end our time spent there was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Firstly the host Louis was amazing, he greeted us himself and checked us in early. He was kind and very welcoming explaining things and showing us around the property. The building itself is so beautiful and feels like you have stepped out of the city for a moment. Amazing high ceiling room that all look on to the most tranquil courtyard. Staying there really is an experience in itself. The whole team was helpful and professional. The location is also great only a short drive away from all the big attractions and neighbourhoods although this neighbourhood also is beautiful with many restaurants. I could have stayed weeks and weeks there and will definitely return on my next visit to Mexico City. Truly a 5 star experience.

Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y pintoresco para hospedarse en la CDMX. Todo el personal, el anfitrión y el departamento son representativos de calidad, muy bien ubicado y cerca de alimentos, tiendas, transporte, muy recomendable!

Our stay in Hacienda Gobernadores definitely made our whole visit in Mexico City. Tucked in peaceful street within walking distance to the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, it was charming and homey space that made our visit memorable. Luis and team’s hospitality is top notch. They even lent us a blood pressure monitor when I needed it. Chef Narciso’s food is also fantastic! Everyone was kind and pleasant (shout out to Ms Angeles)! We appreciate you all. We will be back. :)

Son muy atentos y tienen mucha hospitalidad

Excelente lugar para escapar de la rutina de la ciudad. Realmente se siente la tranquilidad del bosque, y se agradece que Víctor estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. La comida exquisita, y las vistas increíbles.

Ein wirklich schöner, stiller Ort in dieser Riesen-Stadt. Im Garten kann man herrlich entspannen! Die Mitarbeiter tun alles damit man sich wohl fühlt!

Edward ha sido súper flexible y el hospedaje ha estado tal cual en las fotos. Muy bonito, limpio y una ubicación genial.

Recomiendo hospedarse en casa galeana si vienen un fin a descansar y solamente pasar la noche, tiene restaurantes y bares alrededor si lo ideal es salir un rato por la tarde/noche, el anfitrión fue claro con las instrucciones, nos recomendó restaurantes, recomiendo la habitación para pareja o solo, y tiene una terraza por si quieres beber o fumar. volvería a hospedarme =)

El alojamiento estaba genial, me quedo cerca del metrobús y no estaba retirado de donde debía ir. Es la 2vez que reservo y me sigue gustando.
