Close to everything you need in an upscale neighborhood

Rodrigo was always very attentive and helpful. It made it easy to check in out of hours (I arrived after midnight) and made it easier for a friend from the city who passed before to leave some souvenirs for our reception. It is always available for the entire period. At the end of the stay, it was very comprehensive when we extended the checkout for a few hours (charging a fair and viable additional). Super recommend this accommodation! We will definitely return more often!

Our stay at the house was wonderful! The house is well equipped, it had everything we needed. The suites were extremely clean. Augusto was an excellent host, welcomed us well and was always at our disposal for whatever we needed. The pool is wonderful, we enjoy it a lot. And the decor of the house is full of personality, more beautiful than in the photos. We want to come back more often for sure!

Claudia was an excellent host! It always made everything very clear the guidelines about the house and Check-in, which was super practical and fast. The house is beautiful, clean and very well located. Hope to come back soon! Super Indico!!

Good morning. I stayed in the apartment, using it as a support point, during my father's hospitalization. The location and structure of the apartment are excellent; close to the Santa Casa; Juliana was amazing, a lot of requests and available to help. Super recommend and if necessary, I rent again. Thank you very much!

Victoria was very polite and always willing to help with what we needed , really very caring. In relation to the house, there was everything we needed , from comfort, cleaning, utensils, airy house, functional, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, we liked it a lot, we felt at home. The building is close to everything we need when we are in Marília, with a perfect location and a lot of practicality in self check-in and control of entry and exit, in addition to having laundry and coworking. The apartment also has everything we need for a peaceful stay, in addition to having super nice decor, which makes us feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable. Certainly a place we would stay again 🤗

Carla's Studio is great. Everything is very new, well decorated, comfortable, functional, not to mention the location. For me, the best in Marília. Close to everything. Carla responds promptly to questions. I recommend it at the highest level.

Serginho was very attentive, helpful and impeccably quick with his responses. The space is very well organized, comfortable and welcoming. Special note for the cleanliness of the establishment, attention to detail and the comfort of the bed. Great location, close to markets, shopping malls and pharmacies. I recommend the stay.
