Very nice apartment, all utilities, very clean and cosy. So close to all objectives to see and visit in central Mannheim, just minutes to walk in any directions.

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is equipped in high quality. Even I, as not a great technical genius, got along great with all the technical details:) If you don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, I recommend a sleep mask, but for me that was the best thing:) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend it:)

Stephanie is a very friendly host, I was warmly welcomed and the apartment is quite, spacious and well organized. Definitely worth it.

Although Ludwigshafen and especially the district of Hemshof do not find a place in the top holiday destinations in Germany, we spent six very nice nights here. The generously sized rooms and the small terrace made us feel very comfortable. On our next visit to Ludwigshafen, we would choose the apartment again.

it’s very great to stay here for a week, I’m on my business trip here, and it’s only 10 min walking to our customers’ company . The house is very warm and beautiful. I also cooked on weekend in the kitchen. Carsten are very nice person. They offer a laundry service with a little cost. They have everything we need. I will come back again definitely. Very comfortable stay while we visited my son for a few days. The kitchen area was a bonus. Everything clean and tidy and spacious. Hosts very private but also very helpful.

We loved the apartment, very well decorated and clean, and with a very nice view of well-kept gardens. It's very close to the tram and buses. Robin also took great care of us with his quick answers to our questions and gave us water and even a wine and a small snack when we left. One point for improvement, a microwave would be nice. But in conclusion, he really is a superhost and our stay in the beautiful village of Seckenheim was perfect.

Dream apartment in the entire city center. I wish I had stayed longer, but it's in high demand. Undoubtedly, the apartment is not perfect, it has some shortcomings, but there are many more advantages than shortcomings and it is really worth it. I was very surprised that they left towels for my whole week. Undoubtedly 5 stars for this luxurious and comfortable apartment.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You are in the city with lots of restaurants in a few meters and also quickly in the countryside. We even got a map. The accommodation was also superbly located for our dogs and they could move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and not very visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the day of departure. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you for the relaxing and restful weekend.

Staying at Tugba's was great. Despite the attic apartment, it was not hot. The balcony terrace invites you to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops. Tugba was always available for questions. Very happy to come back.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. The place is super nice, with a unique view of the countryside and the sunset. Especially the combination of hot pot and sunset more than convinced us. In addition, you are directly in the green and have the choice of several small or larger routes that you can walk without having to move the car. If you have an issue, the host will take care of it and the apartment is also very child-friendly. We will definitely recommend and will be happy to come back 😍

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jacuzzi and sauna available, very clean. Comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi – everything has been thought out to give an impeccable experience.
