The whole stay was seamless. Perfect apartment to explore Melbourne

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to Gertrude and Smith Streets. This is not my first stay at Keoma and it won’t be my last. It’s a great spot for a family to hangout while exploring Melbourne, especially if you love walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and spacious, hosts are responsive and the heating in each of the rooms meant we stayed warm over a wet and cold weekend. The hosts respond quickly to questions and requests. We will definitely be back.

The Studio is a lovely place to stay at, very comfortable and private.

Perfect location and set-up for all our needs. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near lively Lygon Street but peaceful and quiet. Amanda was an exceptional host - a great communicator and took care of a minor repair immediately. Highly recommended for a short or long stay.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

Bricks was a perfect home away from home for our family whilst visiting Melbourne. Myki cards were at the house for us to use for public transport access which was fantastic. A short walk to food outlets, supermarkets and the train station. Karena and Rob were great at communicating and checked up on us after our arrival to ensure we had settled in. Highly recommend! More than happy to return to Chris's cottage, we really enjoy this location and the cottage is cosy, private and peaceful. we particularly like the additional parking space too, it helps if you have a trailer on as we did for this visit. Chris warmed up the house for our arrival along with lights and snacks. we'll be back (our home away from home)

Julie has put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this listing. The must stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an airbnb, ample kids toys, beautiful bathrooms. The tram was right outside our door, which did have a little noise, however, it is quieter in the bedrooms. The beds were lovely and soft and the rooms were all a lot larger than I had anticipated. A very nice stay in Melbourne for our family, it felt like home. Our 3 year old also enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day out exploring.

What a beautiful home and in a private, peaceful setting. A very cosy place to spend winter nights with the roaring open fire. Jacqui was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We'll be back for sure! Thank you

The location is extremely convenient, just 30 seconds downstairs to Coles, the airport bus, and Southern Cross Station. The high-floor view is spectacular, and the apartment is well-equipped. Highly recommended!

This was such great experience for my friend who stayed here wjo came.from oversease and as her first experience at Air bnb accomodation. The host, Anne was very prompt, lovely and responsive every single requeat we asked for. The neighbourhood vibe was great. My friend said that she would definitely come back with her family in future. I, myself who reseved the place for my friend was more pleased that I made a right choice for her. I as a neighbour and am familiar with the area, will also absolutely recommend anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne. The heating rack in the bathroom was brilliant in this cold weather. The two cats were also very entertaining. In overall, everything was superb.

Beautiful place! Right by a tram stop that takes you directly into the city. Very clean and cozy space with plenty of amenities! Right across from melbourne square underground parking if you’re planning on driving. In a beautiful area of the city if you’re an artsy person ◡̈

The location is very convenient, very close to Victoria Market, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, so you can easily handle eating out or cooking yourself The owner is very friendly, responds quickly to every question and gives advice, and is a great help to me for the first time in Australia!

Excellent all round, great location, very very clean, great roomy space, near restaurants and easy walk to the CBD. Lots of extras thoughtfully provided including kitchenware, crockery, pillows, towels, dishcloths, spare blankets and pillows. Too much to list, but easily the best accommodation we've had for our family and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.
