You would be staying at a 3 bed 2 bath house (with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom) in the country just 3 miles from lake Nacogdoches. You could park your boat in the yard at night, and be at the lake in the morning less than 5 minutes from leaving the yard. This is a quiet peaceful neighborhood 11 miles from Nacogdoches, and 6 miles to the blinking light in Douglass.

The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (You’re welcome to feed them by the fence.) *No dishwasher, if allergic to Gain febreeze plug-in contact owner prior to arrival.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY)This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Guesthouse

Cozy little guesthouse in the heart of the Pineywoods. Close to the Footbridge, and Texas State Railroad. Its in town but it doesnt feel like it. It has a bathroom with a shower. It has Plates, cups, mugs, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. One queen bed and a twin daybed. Extra bedding and towels provided along with a heater and ac unit. The queen bed is soft and very comfortable.
