Paula and Tobias were extremely kind and helpful! Flawless cottage, extremely well maintained, clean, smells nice. Very soft bed, clean and fragrant linens. Paula even welcomed us with a basket of delicious fresh fruit! Ah, beautiful view of the mountains and the Caparaó region.

We love staying at the Texas Site, it's a wonderful place for peace and tranquility, a real escape valve from the city's running life. Dona Neila is an excellent person and super attentive to her guests, I recommend anyone to try this place.

The little house is beautiful, transformative, the silence of the countryside, nature, tranquility, bonfire, Mirian very polite, gentle, always treated me with education and attention to the extreme, always willing to clarify doubts, her employee, took us to the place, stay the way I wanted, very quiet, peace, and still got one of the best cafes, which I could have drank, Mirian gave us a wonderful coffee. I super recommend and feel like home, all clean, clean and very clear bedding. It was great to spend the turn of the year, and there is still wood stove that we bake meat there, there is internet, a wonderful place.

Climate of the very tasty region. Beautiful, well-equipped house, all large comforts and spectacular views. It is important to note that at night the light was oscillating, but nothing that takes pleasure from the experience!

Centennial Country House!

We were welcomed by Julia, Juliet and Leonil, who were available and at the same time put us at ease during the stay. The experience exceeded the expectation created by the listing! The space is beautiful and well equipped and was very organized and clean. We had privacy and felt secure. We mainly take advantage of the balcony, the swimming pool and the walks around the property, which has a super old jequitibá. Beautiful! We were able to eat lots of fruit from the backyard, plus free-range eggs. We spent peaceful days, rested and renewed our energy... We recommend it! And sure, we want to go back.

Amazing experience! The lodging is in the middle of the coffee plantation, the view is too much. The house is functional and comfortable. Bianca left us at ease with flexibility of departure time, since there was no other appointment. For those who enjoy nature, waterfall and specialty coffees. Alto Caparaó is a reference.

Villa graize is charming! From the bedroom to the common area… all clean, organized, with all the necessary utensils. Great place for those looking for peace and peace! Easy to access duplex house on the Caparaó route

I decided last minute (the 31st) to travel for the turn of the year outside my city and found Rosana's place. I messaged her and she quickly responded and was very kind to accept hosting at the last minute. The check-in and check-out were super flexible. The house is very beautiful, with great spaces and very well ventilated. I went with my fiancée and our 2 dogs (medium size) and we were very comfortable. The house was very clean, linen, and smelly towels. There is a hammock to rest in the upstairs room that is a wonder, there is a cold wind and you can spend hours relaxing there. The backyard is very open, there's one in the front and one in the back of the house, very nice. We'll definitely be back! It was a great experience! Note: If you want to visit the local waterfalls and have pets, leave them in the house, as we tried to take ours and in ALL the waterfalls there were territorial dogs, unfortunately.

Daniel's house is in the middle of the forest in an incredible place with a waterfall just below the deck, a place of great peace. Super clean and well-equipped! Unfortunately, because of the very heavy and aggravating rains, such as eucalyptus trucks that passed through the road the week before our arrival, we ended up having a problem with access since my car is a little low. Daniel and his wife were very helpful in assisting us and refunding the days we were unable to stay at the cottage. In addition, we had a lot of help from the neighbors in the region, especially Edmario from Cachoeira Vale a pena, who is an angel (as is his entire family), the food there is also delicious! We'll be back for sure in the winter.

The house exceeded all expectations! Very well maintained, clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The look the house provides is unmatched. The decor is cozy and the rooms are spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends and family!

The stay was excellent. The house is very pleasant, surrounded by nature and close to the center of Patrimônio da Penha. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. There were 5 of us and we were very well accommodated with privacy and all the structure to enjoy the time in the house and well located to take tours and get to know the region. I highly recommend it!
