I spent an amazing weekend in this cozy house, surrounded by coffee shops and stunning scenery. The place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for relaxation. Our stay was amazing! Our room was super cozy and everything was perfect, the place is great to disconnect from the routine and rest. Edvaldo was always available, and even helped us get out with the car that was priced on the kkkkkkk riverbank I only recommend that you bring/buy water to drink, and I don't know also if there has available wi-fi (I didn't care much and didn't even ask). When I get back to Caparaó for sure I'll be there again.

Climate of the very tasty region. Beautiful, well-equipped house, all large comforts and spectacular views. It is important to note that at night the light was oscillating, but nothing that takes pleasure from the experience!

We were welcomed by Julia, Juliet and Leonil, who were available and at the same time put us at ease during the stay. The experience exceeded the expectation created by the listing! The space is beautiful and well equipped and was very organized and clean. We had privacy and felt secure. We mainly take advantage of the balcony, the swimming pool and the walks around the property, which has a super old jequitibá. Beautiful! We were able to eat lots of fruit from the backyard, plus free-range eggs. We spent peaceful days, rested and renewed our energy... We recommend it! And sure, we want to go back.

I had a great experience on Airbnb! The property was exactly as described in the listing – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The location was also a great advantage, with easy access to restaurants, markets and tourist attractions. The host was attentive, responded quickly to messages and made us very comfortable throughout the stay. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept accommodation. The house is excellent, perfect location, close to restaurants, bars, cafes , markets, in a quiet street with plenty of privacy..everything very clean and organized, very large space, both internal and external, had all necessary utensils and mt more... no doubt recommend.

Keytt was very helpful and thoughtful the whole time. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some basic household utensils were missing and the lack of bedding, towels and blankets would make a difference. The experience was great, the experience was great!

Juliana was very communicative, always wanting to know how it was being the stay and talz, the house was better than in the photos, had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and this made it easier for us that we went in 8 guests, the pool area and the barbecue is very welcoming, we like it very much, from there to patrimonio da penha give about 13km of distance, the road for those who have a very low car is easier to come from São Lourenço itself
