Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Altipiani di Arcinazzo

A kind person who is attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, the hairdryer didn't work, but Zdravka brought us another one almost immediately, very kind. I recommend his accommodation, which is very nice and cared for in all its parts and, no less importantly, really clean. It is not very close to the center but well connected and allows you to visit Rome both by surface means and by metro which is close to the house. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely return to this home.

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Everything was excellent , very big house with all the things u need. 9/10 only because of the construction noise early in the morning. Location is a bit outside of center but it has buses that get you there in around 35-40 minutes. Overall pretty solid experience.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation for 5 people. Although located in a semi-suburban area of Rome, it is well served by public transport and not far from the metro line B. The area is served by restaurants, bars and pizzerias (I highly recommend Bottega Roccia in via Caneva, for those who love meat). The owner Francesco is always present if needed during your stay. Overall, a very positive experience.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

We enjoyed a 4-nights stay at Giovanni & Sarah's house. It is a very quiet place, very easy-to-live with our 3 children thanks to the 2 bathrooms, and you are so happy to rest on the patio after a full-day walking in Rome. With a 10-mn walk and barely 30mn metro, you can reach all places of Rome's historical center smoothly. And you have got the 24h open supermarket just on your way back out of the metro station, very practical. Last but not least, communication with Giovanni & Sarah is perfect: very clear and super friendly. Excellent address.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location was perfect. Claudio was super helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and well furnished, with all the comforts we needed. We felt right at home! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the area. We'll be back soon!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Patrizia’s. The apartment was accommodating, clean and well furnished. Patrizia was incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival she greeted us and showed us around the flat. She kindly gave us maps, and had a local map pinned to the wall to show us where immediate ammenities were ie - supermarkets, bus stops and the metro. She was very helpful in telling us how to use the various appliances in the house, and remained contactable throughout our stay for any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This is a very very good host. Marianne made our family holiday to Rome very very easy and pleasant. Some tips: 7min in walk to train station. Neighborhood is very local. No tourists. Great spots coffee and breakfast. You can walk to the colosseum- 60 mins. For everything else we caught the train.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's place! Everything went smoothly, he always replied quickly, gave great tips, always tried to help. The place is great, three beautiful rooms, one with balcony, kitchen with everything you need for a few days, supermarket is right around the corner and it's easy to get into the city centre of Rome. The rooms were very clean and the bed sheets fresh and nice smelling, also you could see that the kitchen and bathroom was cleaned, it could be improved a bit, but it's cleaning stuff there so after a quick sweeping and wiping it was totally fine. The place is definitely the price worth! Thank you so much for everything! We'd love to come back!

A wonderful stay! The hot tub and steam bath were just perfect after a long day. Everything was as described, and the host, Michele, was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Luca and Irene's apartment is in a good location for visiting Rome, with a bus station just outside the house and a metro station a 500m walk away. The apartment itself is very nice and in excellent clean condition. Irene and Luca were very kind throughout the stay. I'll definitely be back!

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

We had a lovely stay in Rome, Angela's apartment is as described. This apartment is spacious, well-equipped, in a secure residence, close to the metro, 30 meters, which is really ideal! Small supermarket nearby. Angela is very responsive to the slightest question asked. If we have to spend a few days in Rome, we will come back without hesitation!
