The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything you needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station doesn't bother you either. Overall highly recommended.

Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! We stayed there for a whole week, and we are happy to have chosen Luigino's place for our holidays. What a place! Clean, quiet and close to everything, yet cozy, private and in a very nice area. From there you can choose to go almost everywhere, without being tied to a single location, or a beach. By the way, beaches in the area are fabulous: not too crowded, with clean water and all the amenities one may need. The choice of restaurants is simply stunning!!! The apartment has the flair of yesteryear, reminding us the time of our youth, when everything was much simpler and people used to enjoying life, without the fuss and the frenzy of today's time. Luigino is the person you like to have as a friend: kind, helpful and always available. We were also surprised by the attention to details he put in our accommodation, up to the cherry on the cake: his gift of fresh fruit and vegetables from his own orchard...simply exquisite!!! We will be back again!
