Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

From the creative upcycling idea, benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
