Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

The apartment is located in a converted barn with restored beams, which make up the special charm. It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the manor house in the historically named Fronte Spice, the gable above the main entrance. It consists of a spacious living-dining room and a bedroom with ensuite shower room. In this apartment, everything has been restored to its original state. Paint off walls and beams, plastered with clay and lime; then gently restored with a little modern twist. It is a unique experience to feel the pure and clean ecological materials.

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
