Vårt kära " Grändhus" helt nybyggt för vår familj och vänner samt för andra gäster. Vackert beläget på Östra Stranden - en orörd oas bland fiskarlänger och sjöbodar. Rogivande promenader längst Östersjöns strand. Bra badmöjligheter. Njut av det vackra Söderslätt med många utflyktsmål och golf. Utmärkt utgångspunkt för både besök i Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Köpenhamn. Buss ca 100 meter - tåg till hela Skåne och Danmark från Trelleborg. Passande för ett par utan barn. Värdparet bor i "Strandhuset" och "Sjöboden" i närheten och finns tillgängliga vid behov.

Här råder lugnet på landet men det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Det är bara 10 min till färjan i Trelleborg. 2 gäster sover bekvämt i dubbelsängen men vi kan bädda med extramadrasser för upp till 4. Obs! På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Närmaste tågstation finns i V Ingelstad ca 4 km härifrån. Bussförbindelse dit och till Vellinge tätort,( endast vardagar och inte 16 juni -17 augusti.) Närbutik finns i närliggande Västra Ingelstad ca 3 km, större butik i Oxie ca 3 km. Billaddare för elbilar finns på boendet. Avgift för laddning betalas direkt till värden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden, in ruhiger Wohngegend gelegen. Gut zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Strand in Laufweite. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ett perfekt ställe för dig som söker lugn och ro, bortom stadens brus. Utsikten är fantastisk och hela vistelsen var mycket avkopplande. Värden är otroligt vänlig och frukosten var både riklig och väldigt god. Jag är så tacksam för det varma bemötandet。 jag hoppas få komma tillbaka igen!
