Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and all the things you need. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Facilities also include a small stereo, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. Apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

The freshly renovated old building apartment with love is the former hunting room of the estate. In addition to old ship parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio - apartment (single apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful suburb of Aachen. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. A fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a very cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a mirror cabinet. A smaller sweet bedroom is with cozy chic single beds and in the living room is a comfortable pull-out sofa for 2! By car you are in the city in 10min & by bus in 20min! :)

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Here is also a small terrace that can be used. The walls inside are plastered with clay paint plaster, the floor is covered with planks. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands is in 10-15 min. within walking distance.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
