Sublime. Le lieu est magique, avec une vue à couper le souffle, et d’une tranquillité absolue. Paola est une hôtesse charmante, pleine d’attention, qui nous a fourni en sus plein de bons conseils et de gentilles surprises. Petite cerise sur le gâteau personnelle : les lucioles qui illuminent le jardin le soir pendant que nous regardions la vue sur le lac.

This place is super lovely, although it’s a bit of a drive up here, we look forward to staying in every night. The place is well clean and well kept. The kids enjoyed the Nordic warm tub thoroughly amidst the cool weather. Definitely recommended 👌

First, the place. Villa Anna closely matches the description and has all the stated amenities. The pool and deck are great for relaxing when the weather is nice. Great views of Alba, the surrounding countryside and even the Alps when the air is clear! Just a short walk to town with great shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. Second, the host. Giulio is very accommodating and did a lot to ensure that we were comfortable, had good information on local restaurants and wineries and he checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus von Sanne und Floris verbracht. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus perfekt! Es ist modern, sauber und sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Auch die Betten und Dusche sind super. Der Schrankplatz ist großzügig. Die nicht einsehbare große Terrasse mit herrlichem Weitblick und den kleinen Pool haben wir viel genutzt und genossen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und uns immer wieder gefreut, in unser schönes Zuhause auf Zeit zurückzukehren. Sanne und Floris sind rundum tolle umsorgende Gastgeber und man spürt, dass sie ihr Haus lieben. Großartig! 10/10. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Words really can’t describe how beautiful this villa is. Eugenia is an incredible host, to say the absolute least. She is super helpful and on top of every thing you could ask for. Eugenia really made us feel at home and made everything so easy for us from transportation to restaurants to boats etc. I highly recommend staying here, you will NOT regret it.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, mit umwerfender Aussicht. Das Dorf ist eher abgelegen ohne grosses Angebot zum Einkaufen oder Ähnliches. Es war jedoch sehr ruhig und charmant. Genau so wie der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles Federica!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Paolina, celebrating a 50th birthday with family. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great, the kitchen is really well equipped and everything is decorated beautifully. The upstairs dining room has the most incredible views of the lane and Monte Isola as the sun sets - the perfect location for a celebratory meal. We enjoyed lazy times by the jacuzzi - the terrace is sheltered, private and enjoys more of the wonderful view. It's a short (but steep!) walk down into Sulzano for coffee and boats on the lake. Nadia was so helpful with suggestions and support. We couldn't have asked for more - highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend some lovely days by this perfect Italian lake. Thanks Nadia!

Absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of mountains and lake. Unique private beauty spot. Villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped with great views inside and out. Very large garden relaxing and enjoying the view. We brought paddle boards with us and went out on the lake everyday. Also wonderful for swimming. A selection of fantastic restaurants are a short lovely walk along the lakeside path. My son said he wanted to bring his children here. Truly a magical place.

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Perfect, cozy place to stay outside of Interlaken

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations, even better than in the photos. Every detail is perfectly thought out. The host and staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

The villa and its location are stunning—the pictures and description set very high expectations and they were exceeded. And it’s clear the property is meticulously cared for and maintained. Gilia/Ines were great hosts. Thorough, pleasant, and proactive—everything went so smoothly. My wife has mobility issues and Ines went the extra mile making sure everything worked well for us and that local restaurants were ready in advance. Thank you so much for your efforts and hospitality. I hope we may someday return to such a special property.

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. Amazing restaurants nearby. Spectacular views. Beautiful pool area. Attentive friendly hosts. Especially beautiful Elmo the dog.

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Suite ideale per chi vuole fare una fuga dalla città e immergersi nel verde delle Marche. Il design della struttura è curato e adatto ad ogni confort. La piscina centrale è il punto forte della casa, la vista sulle colline è il fiore all'occhiello.

Wunderschöne Villa am Rande der süßen Stadt Bale. Man ist in 15 min mit dem Rad am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Pool halb im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer und angenehm warm. Marko und Dunja sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!
