Beachfront vacation rentals in Alps

Umag is a good starting point for activities and excursions of all kinds. The old town with restaurants and cafes, parks and harbor promenade are within walking distance of the property. As well as a small bakery to buy breakfast. The sea and beach are only 50 meters away and you have a magnificent view of the sea from the apartment and the loggia. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, so you can also spend a rainy day there. We liked it very much and we recovered well in the 10 days on site and enjoyed our vacation very much. We were 2 adults with a dog.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The whole place was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

We had a fantastic 9-day stay at Boba's little paradise in Peroj. The highlight for us was how pet-friendly the place is - our three dogs had the whole yard to run around in, and the nearby dog-friendly beach was a huge plus. It's not easy to find such welcoming accommodations for pets, so we truly appreciated it. Boba and her family were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious local food and drink. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Boba's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.

We had a great stay at Sara’s apartment. Her dad gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived very late. The private spot at the ocean was especially beautiful. We really enjoyed having breakfast and spending our time there and had a swim in the ocean every day. Lou, the housekeepers dog, was very friendly, tried to „save“ us from falling into the ocean and occasionally joined us if we still managed to jump in. Overall we had a great stay, would come back any time and can definitely recommend the place.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Location and surroundings are amazing and we really loved staying there with our family of four. The pool is great and the kids spent a lot of time in it, especially due to the heatwave. Views from the balcony are awesome as well. Maybe the kitchen could be a bit better stocked in the future with basic stuff like oil, salt and pepper, and I’m sure Hrvoje would have supplied that to us had we requested, as he was super helpful and responsive. There’s a big supermarket called Plodine a 5min drive away on the big road. Overall, a heavy recommendation, although please note that you’ll want to have a car here as there’s a bit of a drive to get around.

It all worked out. We love the area. The view was great.

This may have been our favorite vacation home to date! The home had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 tweens to spend time together and apart. It was less than a minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to the downtown area. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and even stopped by to clean the pool halfway into our stay. The weather was a bit finicky (springtime weather), but we were able to still relax in the hot tub and on the roof deck. If planning a spring trip, just know that it is the off-season so many restaurants were closed. However, there were a lot of grocery options nearby (in walking and driving distance). We would be thrilled to come back!!!!

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. We were super happy in the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. David and Izy were so kind, we had a couple of issues with the airline on arrival and therefore were not in the accommodation until night. We had a nice plate of food in the kitchen, so we could eat something right away at night and the next morning. Thanks very much for that! The apartment is super sweet and it has everything you need. The sea can be reached in 30 seconds and you can snorkel and swim there. When we were in the garden, we always had nice conversations with the two. They told us which restaurants are nice and where else we could go. Just a really great vacation and we will be happy to come back.
