Lake side house rentals in Alpine Lake

Thank you, Rachel, for a wonderful stay at the cabin in Oakland. My guests and I had a great time. The cabin is in a great location, with short commutes to nearby parks/restaurants. The cabin also offers peace and privacy. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our time in the cabin! We made use of the hot tub and the fire pit. We walked down to the lake and it was very scenic. The house is quite nice and cozy. The beds were perfectly fine. I really enjoyed the reading nook that's tucked away around a corner and appreciated the kitchen and its accoutrements. The only thing I really didn't like was the road down to the cabin and, more so, the drive back out. We successfully navigated this in our Toyota Camry, but really, I'd have been a lot more comfortable in a 4 wheel drive SUV or truck.

We had a fabulous week at the mad men house. There were plenty of places to get some personal quiet time and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Stay here again if we return to deep Creek Lake.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! My family and I had the best time. Gorgeous and clean home with extra amenities and goodies in the kitchen. The fire pit outside is wonderful. Though it was a cold Memorial Day Weekend, we made the best of it enjoying the comfy home and watching a movie. Someone in the guest book talked about counting the bears in the house.. they got 151, we got 163! Between the adults it was a funny game to compete who could get the most! Thank you Greg and Denise for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect. The location being tucked in the woods while still next to the lake is unbeatable. Hottub is a plus and having a dedicated boat dock made for a great week at the lake. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I were looking to spend a relaxing weekend away with our dog, and the “Maine retreat” fit the bill perfectly. The cabin is on a quiet cul de sac in a peaceful area yet just minutes away by car to local activities, restaurants etc..Cabin was clean and thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need! I noticed they even had birthday candles!

We had a great time at Olivia’s place this weekend. She was very descriptive and friendly. The home is spacious and located near very private golf course and tennis courts which our party used every day. Close to deep creek amenities. Only issue we had was the grill had a massive birds nest (NOT the fault of the hosts) so we didn’t get to grill, but Olivia’s husband called me personally to troubleshoot solutions. Nice place, had everything we needed, definitely would return.

This was an entire family vacation for us. Every one of us loved this home and the location. We were blessed with great weather on our stay and were able to take advantage of tubing on the river. We only left the house once during our week stay. That’s how much we enjoyed it. The home and decor was beautiful. I am very picky on cleanliness and this home met my standards. (Hard to do). I had a few questions over the weeks that lead up to our stay and Jesse was always quick with a response. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay! Steve was very communicative when we were in need. We had 11 people and it worked very well for all of us. One thing I will note is that if you stay here be sure to keep food/drinks out of cars or outside. We had a bear attack my car and unfortunately had to get it fixed while on vacation. I want to emphasize this was in no way bc of Steve’s place. Unfortunately things happen!

What a treat! The lake house was so spacious, clean, and well appointed. The three floors allowed for lots of together, small group, and alone time options. Our family - three generations including teens and an octogenarian - had a great time cooking together, playing billiards, soaking in the hot tub, playing air hockey, watching movies, and seeing wildlife. Our hosts had great recommendations for restaurants and boat rentals. Wonderful memories were made, and we highly recommend! Thanks for your gracious hospitality, Idalia and Dennys.

This place was the perfect weekend get away! The place was very clean, homey, and the beds were actually super comfy!! The house had everything you could need and more, the only disappointing thing was that the gas was out so we were not able to use the fire table. Paul was a great host and even made sure check in went okay and that we were enjoying our time in the area. After booking we requested to stay an additional day and Paul was very accommodating for us and added the day with a late check out time. We hope to stay here again soon!

This was one of the cleanest, coziest, and incredibly welcoming Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Not only was Andrew super responsive, but had given us a welcome guide ahead of time to explain all of the amenities and features of the house, as well as helpful recommendations of places to eat and things to do around Deep Creek! The place was nestled in a private area (perfect for us!) but was still close to all of the action and entertainment. We were in town for a wedding but wish we would’ve stayed longer because the house was so nice. The hammocks are super comfortable and provide a relaxing space to sit and look at the beautiful scenery around. I hope to stay at Andrew’s again in the future!

It was a great location and stay! I enjoyed the views on the trip, which were full of farmland and cows! The place was clean and included many amenities that I appreciated. A local pizza place is around 10 minutes from the location, Home Slice Pizza. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time here. In good weather there are beautiful hikes, and on rainy says we just enjoyed the cottage, especially the covered portion of the deck. I’ve never heard so many different birds in one place. Chad and Laurel were friendly and responsive, and went out of their way to adapt to our scent sensitivities with their cleaners and detergents. We were here for a week, for our 30th anniversary, and didn’t end up having any reason to contact the host, other than to tell them what a great time we were having. It’s such a pleasant space, and such a beautiful part of the world. Check out the Swallow Falls State Park and Spruce Forrest artists’ collective!

This was our second time staying at Wanda’s place. It is the perfect place to get away and just relax.We spent time in the hot tub,grilled and spent many hours enjoying a campfire .My husband and I cannot wait to return for another week.We highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this condo and the hosts. The appliances, dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, decor, furniture and little balcony were all top notch. They even provided snacks, k-cups, and specialty teas for us. The s’more kit was a neat welcome too. There were even high end shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided for us. An added bonus was that the condo was on ground level ~no stairs~! This made access easy for our littles. It was perfect for our little family. We had an issue with the fob for the pool gate and they were quick to resolve the issue. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The chairs were super comfy and they even provided a candle that added to the ambience of being outside. This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The hosts get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will definitely book with them again in the future and highly recommend Jason and Sarah and their beautiful little condo.

Dan’s place was well kept! A good option for camping with some amenities. Bathrooms were very clean. We just happened to visiting on a very cold weekend and thought there would be more heating options. There is a little propane space heater that helped and the warm water bottles to put under the covers helps on a cold night as well.

Blue moon rising was nothing short of amazing. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was peaceful and beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for!
