We had a great stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed, the photos correspond to the actual condition. The apartment has large windows, so you have plenty of daylight. The bedrooms go to the back, so you don't hear any car traffic. We liked the location very much and the three of us felt very comfortable. With one of the best AirBnBs we've visited so far. We would want to come back anytime.

The house is located in a quiet, picturesque area – perfect for a weekend getaway. The interior is very clean, well-equipped and furnished with attention to detail. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Definitely worth recommending.

Very large, high-ceiling room with a comfortable bed, a sitting and dining area in a restored canal house. View of the canal from the large windows and a 3 minute walk to the town square and restaurants. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay!

We stayed in Jose's place for a few days at the end of our holiday to enjoy nearby city locations and the beach/ seafood in the area before headingback to UKon the ferry. The apartment is perfectly located and is beautifully decorated. It had all the facilities we needed in a 'home from home'. Jose is lovely, a perfect host. We highly recommend and hope to be back another Spring to see the flower fields and visit more of the picturesque towns and villages nearby.

Nice little apartment in a very nice neighborhood. It is quiet, although, you will find some restaurants and shops around. Parking was not an issue. Center of Leiden is just a few minutes away by car or bike and ~20min walking. Thomas provided me good instructions to use the apartments and allowed to enter earlier, very much appreciated. He also has been very reactive and assisted me to activate the heater in the living room. Just note that for people with mobility issues the steep stairs to enter the apartment can be a pb.

I must express my utmost satisfaction with the accommodation I experienced during my stay in the Netherlands. The quaint town of Gouda provided a convenient location for exploring the area, and the hospitality of Katja truly exceeded my expectations. She consistently inquired about my well-being and was always willing to assist with any requests I had.

The place was so nicely decorated! Very spacious for 2 persons. See large bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Great kitchen. To our surprise, a large terrace with a huge table, very cozy! We booked breakfast on site and were able to enjoy it nicely on the terrace! And for 15 euros, it was really delicious! The surroundings are is rural, we visited Amsterdam and Utrecht from there, everything is quick to reach from there and beautiful cities. Karin and her husband are really warm people, with whom you feel directly understood and at home. Always😍 helpful, just very likeable. We❤ were very happy to be guests with them and can really recommend the accommodation👍😊❤

We spend the whole week in the apartment. First - Location. It's perfect! In the city center, close to main square, quiet, very nice & beautifull. Second - Apartment. Clean, functional, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, everything works as it should. Very nice views from the apartment, although widows are not very big (attic). Top floor in a beautiful building (without elevator with quite steep stairs, but corridors and staircase are really nice). Very good relation of the price to the quality. Everything looks as on pictures. Highly recommended :)

We had an excellent stay, beautiful typical Gouds apartment in the center of the town with nice big windows. We loved it and would stay here again. David is a great host, very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time staying at this apartment! The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The apartment itself is functionally furnished, cozy and very clean, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially practical: the parking space right outside the door – stress-free arrival and unloading guaranteed. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

The stay in Gouda was very pleasant. Above all, the location was perfect, really as described 1 minute from the train station. So you can easily take a day trip to other cities or look at Gouda! Communication with the host was very good, he responded very quickly and also allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is as described, it is nothing special but sufficient for a short stay.

Don't hesitate to book this wonderful apartment. The space was immaculately clean when I arrived. All materials and amenities were restocked and ready to be utilized. There are shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Noise from the neighboring bars is expected due to the amazing location in the city center. You will hear the bell tower from morning until evening, the chatter of crowds below all day, and the sounds of nightlife into the wee hours. Expect this and plan for it. You can't beat this location. Inge was kind and helpful. Check-in was easy. Shared laundry on the same floor as the apartment was extremely helpful as well. I'll be back!

The apartment is in a great location. It has a great view of a canal and this is its strongest point! It is also very close to the tram and Aurore is always willing to answer your questions. I am leaving the guest star of the house, Zola. Without her the house would be another ordinary airbnb.. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!

Sam was an amazing host for an equally amazing home and view. We will come back without hesitation
