The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Hello, I have stayed at Uta's place for two months. The apartment is equipped with all needed amenities for short and long stays. Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfy. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with an incredible amount of attention to detail – really cozy, stylish and just to feel good. Everything you need was there, including drinks, which we found to be particularly thoughtful. But what made our stay really special were Manuela, her husband and daughter – so warm, dear people, with whom you immediately feel welcome. You can just tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We felt completely comfortable, were able to unwind wonderfully and enjoy the time. This accommodation is a real insider tip – we will definitely be happy to come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

Spent three beautiful days in Erfurt. The place was perfect, as it was quiet and at the same time close to downtown. A place was also quickly and easily found in the courtyard for my motorcycle. The room's furnishings were very nice, selected and special furniture. If necessary, Lars and Grit helped with valuable and straightforward tips. Family atmosphere and very likeable family. I can recommend it without reservation. The fact that the family has to get three children off to school in the morning during the week was openly communicated and was easy to bear. Really a nice stay.

The apartment is brand new, very neat and refined, with lots of details (candles, foot lamps) that reflect the care and love of the host.The cooktop in the kitchen is powerful and the cookware is all very clean.The beds are also neat and comfortable.Because we visited over the Christmas break, the host had chocolates for our little friends and also made us feel warm by pre-purchasing mineral water and milk for us.The host was very friendly and always responded promptly to our information.Very happy and happy with this stay!Thank you Manuela, I'm sure your apartment will bring good memories to more travelers!
