Nice Place for Family stay, Facilities also nice 🥰

The unit was perfect, well renovated & exactly as per photo. Host is helpful & friendly, allowing us to check in earlier. Location was good as there was many eateries & some stand alone outlet shopping. The only downside is that the unit is very noisy past midnight, with the sound of vehicles zooming & wrooming passby despite being so high up (35th floor) as the unit is facing the main road. So, I do not recommend if you are light sleeper.

Walking a few distances to all the attractions , about 5-8 mins to jonker street. The hardest part was to find parking on street. Overall we were happy to stay.

这是我遇到的最好的房东之一，首先我为自己很晚到达而担忧，很感激的是房东一直在大堂里等待到很晚，虽然语言不通，但是能感受到他的热情。房间非常美丽，面朝大海，床铺非常舒适，睡得很舒服。房东贴心的准备了小零食，非常温暖，虽然因为停车卡故障有一点小的瑕疵，丝毫不影响这次愉快的旅行。房屋离周围的景点非常近，步行都可以到达红屋和鸡场街，对面就是水上清真寺，房屋里的海景很出片，值得推荐，非常棒的房东，下次还会来。

Responsive and friendly host. I accidentally left my stuff in the place, but managed to retrieve it back. Thank you so much! Lovely place, clean and tidy. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Towels are great too.

This place is worth the price. The host is very responsive and allows for early check in (depending on availability). The place is really clean and there's Netflix account available as well. Quite peaceful at night. One of the downside is the availability of lifts during check in and check out time. During the weekends, the lifts' availability is very limited, so need to wait for quite some time before you can have access to lifts. This in no part is host's fault, anyway. The host went out of his way and accommodated us another extra hour of check out so that we don't get out at the same check out time as the other people who stayed in that place. That was really thoughtful. If I come to Melaka in the future, I will choose this place again.

Really loved the place! It was super spacious and comfy, felt just like home. Perfect for big families, especially if you have elderly with you since it’s a single-storey house. The whole place was clean and well-kept, and the location was great too, close to everything. I especially loved the house design, simple yet practical and the laundry area was a nice touch! Definitely recommend for a chill and comfortable stay in Melaka!

1. Pool area may plants with nice garden plant as to make the scenery better and calm.

Stay 1 night in Melaka for visiting friend who is sick and this homestay provided the most nearest, comfy and cleanliness upon staying. Goods place for big family. Kampung environment & quiet from other noisy. Not so far with Tanjung bidara

The villa is exceptional! Our family had so much fun and pretty occupied with the facilities provided like the karaoke,swimming pool,games,mahjong. House is very comfortable and fully air-conditioned. Five star and worth to repeat.

The place feels so homey, living room is quite huge so its great for movie nights.

This is good apartment, really nice and cozy. All are completed, the kitchen with drying and washing machine even tho im not using it, room really clean, feels like home, i love everything about this house, i cant say anything but cant say its 100% perfect. The cont only 1, maybe for tv, can replace astro (current tv live) to tv box like xiaomi tv box or google tv box, so customer can watch movie at netflix or youtube, live tv cannot see anything But overall its perfect. Lots of convenience store nearby, even have club at lobby 😂 For location, its really near with pantai klebang and jongker street. Its at the middle of both place, but the traffic i cant say its smooth when weekend! However this is good place. Will definitely try this place again next time! Thanks for the stay

Alina est soucieuse de ses hôtes et met tout en oeuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable.. A l arrivée eau fraîche au frigo ainsi que des petits gâteaux et du thé on été très appréciés . Le logement est conforme à la description. La résidence est très calme. La piscine est immense. Le quartier est populaire. On s est déplacé en taxi pour aller vers Malaca (à 20min pour 17 RM) .

We really loved the unit. Its beautifully decorated, clean, and super comfy. A perfect place for a relaxing staycation. However, the check-in process could be improved as the instructions weren’t very clear and lacked details such as pictures or clearer directions to the exact unit. It took us a while to figure things out. But aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Really nice place, looks like a 5 star hotel with many amenities, its located very close to jonker and many other things.
