Wood-fired sauna on the premises and during the summer access to the area's common pool that is within walking distance (approx. 6/25-8/15). The house is 72 m2 with large terrace and barbecue and beautiful forest views. Two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom. Fireplace. Detached guest house with one room about 20m2 with 140 cm bed (May-Sept).

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

If you want to barbecue, there is a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are welcome to come along and a fence is on the patio so dogs can be loose on the property. Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to do laundry.
