Soon you will reach a black cottage surrounded by greenery; our guest house "De Hooischuur". As soon as you enter the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. Cottage located directly on the Maas with clean swimming and fishing water. Many excursions are possible: Heusden, Den Bosch, Loevestein and the Efteling. Beautiful cycling routes to discover over the Maasdijk. The cottage has a beautiful, spacious covered veranda with a large seating area. In house kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, dining area, sofa, 2 separate bedrooms, one with two beds and the other bedroom has a bunk bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

In a beautiful area where you can walk and bike, close to places like Den Bosch, Gorinchem, Waalwijk and fortified towns like Heusden and Woudrichem. The Efteling and the Loonse & Drunense Duinen are also nearby. If you want to go by bike, we have e-bikes for you to rent. The cottage is equipped with all the comforts: full kitchen, air conditioning, TV, record player and WiFi.

A lovely "tiny house" in the back in our spacious garden. Walk through the little bush for a while. Enjoy the view of the polder with locks and sheep from your comfortable chair. You will find cozy terraces and restaurants and also the supermarket is close.
