Come and celebrate your vacation with us on the dike! A lovely vacation cottage on the Afgedamde Maas, suitable for 2 people. In a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking, close to places like Den Bosch, Gorinchem, Waalwijk and fortified towns like Heusden and Woudrichem. The Efteling and the Loonse & Drunense Duinen are also nearby. If you want to go by bike, we have e-bikes for rent. The cottage is equipped with every comfort: complete kitchen, air conditioning, TV, record player and WiFi.

The Chicken Coop

The bed and breakfast is located at the back of the property, next to the pasture. Everything is for your private use. Inside, we have a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bathrobes, and bedding—everything is provided. You have a view over the meadows from your bed and from the garden. In the evening, enjoy each other outside in the wood-fired hot tub, on the lounge chairs, or playing a game at the high table, and wake up to a delicious breakfast! All the ingredients for a relaxing stay.

Our B&B will be completely renovated in early 2025. The cozy space is very suitable for romantic peace seekers. You will stay in a quiet place, surrounded by trees, close to the center of the beautiful Gorinchem. Our location is a good base for beautiful bike rides and walks. There is a lot of historical heritage to admire in Gorinchem and the surrounding villages. In the heart of Gorinchem are a number of nice options for breakfast. Do you prefer breakfast at the B&B? Ask about the possibilities.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Our Woodbarn is located within a 10-minute walk of the authentic fortress town, the beach and beautiful hiking trails where free walking is possible between the horses and bulls. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car, and you will also find several shops and terraces here. You have your private home here with everything you need. Despite the fact that the cottage is in the garden of the main house, we guarantee you complete privacy.

Slow down in this unique, soothing accommodation. On the Maasdijk, in the greenery, is a lovely guest house, complete with a private garden with wood-fired hot tub. Suite 429 is a luxuriously finished cottage with a living room, compact kitchen with dishwasher, spacious bedroom with freestanding bath and luxurious bathroom. On the other side of the dike, you can use a private beach, located on the Afgedamde Maas. Perfect for a refreshing dip!
