Vacation rentals with a patio in Almirante Tamandaré

First time in Curitiba and I loved the choice of apartment: clean and organized, it corresponded exactly to the description. Ariane is kind and proactive, very easy to communicate with. A highlight to the well-mannered and courteous doormen of the building. I will certainly prioritize this accommodation when I return to Curitiba.

Apartment exactly as advertised, well equipped. Silent for sleeping and well located. All the receptionists were attentive and explained everything clearly. Gustavo was also very available. Having an exclusive parking space proved to be a great advantage and was one of the reasons for our choice. I highly recommend it!

The Studio is extremely clean and fragrant. Great location and the environment is super quiet at night, with 24-hour concierge and parking available. Silvani always responded to me quickly and cordially. ☺️

Good morning, I'm from Rio Grande do Sul and I spent a week in the apartment for tourism, I'm so grateful to have found this apartment, literally close to everything, both food and tourism, I loved it, I'll become a customer, I don't intend to stay anywhere else when I come to PR, congratulations to the couple for the hospitality and the excellent deal!

Our stay was wonderful, although short. The apartment is really very well located, and very well planned. Rodrigo facilitated our early check-in, which was of great value to us. The building staff are very helpful and we were able to leave our vehicle in the rotating parking spaces without any problems. The apartment has everything you need for a quiet stay, everything is very clean and organized. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming—just what we needed for a relaxing visit. Fabio’s clear instructions made everything smooth from arrival to checkout, and his thoughtful touches and warm hospitality were truly appreciated. The location was also very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. Plus, the beautiful view from the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The apartment has everything for a perfect stay. Very close to the municipal market and several tourist spots. The building is very clean and organized. The girls at the front desk are friendly. Anyway, perfect. I'll be back for sure.

Everything was organized, even though the house was under renovation, it was peaceful, I believe the listing could have more photos of the outdoor area. The place seems a little dangerous, but everything is very quiet. The host was extremely quick to answer all questions and very proactive.

Spacious, comfortable and clean house, with lots of privacy and care in every detail. Communication with Vera was excellent, she was always helpful and attentive. We went with our pets, who had a great time in the yard, which is totally enclosed. We felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, very wooded and has great restaurants, with easy access by car to the sights, and without traffic. We'll be back for sure! Thanks for the reception, Vera <3

We spent wonderful days at Fabiane's place! Location is great, and the house is complete, equipped, and comfortable! Fabiane is thoughtful, communicative, and flexible! Kelly, who takes care of hosting, is a person of love. They both helped us every time we needed it. The bathing and bed linens are good and sufficient. The rooms are cozy, which made us feel at home! The coffee for guests is a differential of this accommodation, we enjoyed it a lot! The house also has a kids area that is great for those with children. Highly recommended!

We loved the place, my daughter already wanted to live there. The house was great, we really felt at home, and the condominium space is amazing, almost a park inside the condominium.

My wife and I had a great stay at the place. The building is very well located, with great parking spaces and easy access. Both check-in and check-out were very quiet. The apartment itself has a magnificent view, and is very comfortable, cozy and well-equipped.

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24-hour doormen and automatic activation of the gate by the car plate (practical), and it also has a grocery store.

The place is exactly as described in the listing. Although it does not have a dedicated Wi-Fi network (important information), it compensated in comfort and location (excellent, next to a shopping mall and close to many nice places in Curitiba). I'll be back for sure.
