Spacious, comfortable and clean house, with lots of privacy and care in every detail. Communication with Vera was excellent, she was always helpful and attentive. We went with our pets, who had a great time in the yard, which is totally enclosed. We felt at home. Safe condominium in a great location, very close to Tanguá and close to São Lourenço park. For those who know the area, you know that there is a lot of shopping options around. It is quiet, full of books, with hammock to relax, lots of kitchen utensils, and with a playground for children in the background.

We spent wonderful days at Fabiane's place! Location is great, and the house is complete, equipped, and comfortable! Fabiane is thoughtful, communicative, and flexible! Kelly, who takes care of hosting, is a person of love. They both helped us every time we needed it. The bathing and bed linens are good and sufficient. The rooms are cozy, which made us feel at home! The coffee for guests is a differential of this accommodation, we enjoyed it a lot! The house also has a kids area that is great for those with children. Highly recommended!

We were super happy to find this apartment available, as it was the second time we stayed there. Perfect location (everything is close and of good quality). Safe and with easy access to parking. The location of the apartment is great, next to a large shopping mall in the city, close to various types of commerce, easy to get to any neighborhood. The condominium is modern, with a cafeteria and 24-hour grocery store. The apartment is spacious and has a great balcony. The internet works well. It was clean and organized.

Very close to the quarry and wire operation. Extremely clean. I would definitely stay again. Wendel and his wife are very helpful. Only 110v outlets. So I had to borrow a hair dryer for my wife. Which was promptly answered. I recommend it.

Very nice place, cordial and helpful host. Co-hospitaly responded with agility and resolved any pending issues we had. The house itself is a little old, but it served us well in the period we stayed. My children loved the place and was very good for the pets because of the backyard, both the private area and the shared area. Trees loaded with oranges, tangerines and also had figs. We stayed 1 month and were able to work normally in home office, good internet. Depending on the guests of the other Airbnb on the same property, there may be some hassle, but we take it in good shape. Airbnb is very close to Parque São Lourenço, a beautiful place for strolling, hiking and taking a sugarcane juice.
