Had such a nice stay in Traverse city! This condo was in a great location near downtown, the beach, and wineries. It was the perfect amount of space for my friends and I. It was nice and tidy and Mark provided clear instructions for everything. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

We had a wonderful time at Daphne’s! The place was welcoming, cozy and very comfortable. Walt and Daphne were very responsive and provided all the little extras that make traveling an ease! The area and home are very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our teenage boys loved the fishing! I highly recommend this place!

Jean's place is exactly as described. Very, very clean and she is very helpful and responsive. I will suggest that you bring extra bath towels for a longer stay. We were there for a week, there were 4 of us, myself and my 3 kids. There were 4 bath towels and 1 bathroom hand towel. There are no toiletries provided which is ok because we brought our own, but this is good to know ahead of time. The Airbnb is a lower level space in their home and you can hear everything that goes on above. I am a very light sleeper and I don't mind getting up early so it was ok for me but it's good to know in advance that you may be woken up by movement upstairs or their dog. They are pretty quiet but I am a very light sleeper and could hear the dog every morning. Sunday was a bit early for me at 6:30am. None of this would deter us from staying with Jean again but is information that I think would be helpful to others before you stay. The location is great and right across the street from Crystal Lake!

The listing was just as described. It was clean and was well stocked for all of our needs. The location was great for walking into town and all of its restaurants/shopping.

The Lux unit was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is in a convenient location, close to downtown and the lake front. Beds were especially comfortable. Elizabeth was super responsive and helpful.

Host was very friendly and very responsive! House was beautifully decorated, clean and very well stocked. Quiet at night and peaceful location across from Long Lake. Would definitely stay there again!

This is the second time we've stayed at John's airbnb. He and Connie are perfect hosts - friendly, gracious, helpful. The house is spotless and well furnished. The kitchen was especially well equipped, including a big snack selection (with the fixings for s'mores, although we didn't have a chance to make any). There were lots of towels in different sizes, and all nicely fluffy. It's a quiet setting; we saw several deer, rabbits, birds - very peaceful. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's listing! Gorgeous Airbnb, very clean and well-decorated, and accommodating to all things we needed! The location was great and private, but still close enough to downtown Traverse City and other beaches. Our dog also had a fun time running around in the private yard. Chris was also a great host, was super responsive and helpful, and we loved the local tecommendations!

We so enjoyed our family trip here! It felt like a tree house upstairs looking out to trees and the lake. It was a cozy family room area. We had a great time kayaking in big Sanford lake. It was so peaceful on the weekdays we were there. Sometimes we were the only kayakers. It was close to Traverse City and we checked out Frankfort and Crystal Mountain too. Overall would recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

The property was clean and the area was quiet. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Plenty to do within a 30 minute drive.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. It looked like the photos, so there was no disappointment up upon arrival. Everything was so clean and she even has little accessories to bring to the beach like beach chairs or boogie board and a cute little cooler. There are such thoughtful things around the place to make you feel like Home. Also, there are too many split air conditioning units that made this day very comfortable during the heat wave. Across the street from two very good restaurants, and on top of a little ice cream shop. I would very much recommend this place to anybody. I was without a car for part of my stay and that was not an issue at all. It’s a walkable distance to food establishments across the street as well as the local beach access. Super super cute. I Will definitely come back to this place If we visit the city again.

One of my favorite places to stay! They thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with everything. Makeup remover wipes, lotion, toothpaste, hair dryer, all the soaps, candles, phone chargers and so much more. If u have a child they have everything to accommodate you. The beds are comfortable and cosy while the linens smell clean and the blankets and pillows are comfy and fluffy. Lots of extra linens, blankets and pillows as well. It was quiet and peaceful, I felt right at home. The host was so kind. She was also very helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests. I couldn’t ask for a better host. I will definitely be staying again. I wouldn’t change a thing. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable for us! The location is central to the entire town, with easy access to downtown, shops and restaurants. The amenities were exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay so much, we asked to extend our visit an extra day! We will definitely come back again, as we plan to be in Traverse City several weeks during the summer and fall.

We spent a week at Dylan and Suzanne's condo. We planned it as a relaxing getaway – and it really was. The weather turned out a bit cooler than expected, but that ended up being perfect since we did a few days of hiking and the rest exploring the small towns along the coast. (Highly recommend the Bayview Trail that's accessible right from The Homestead.) Each day we'd come back and hang out on the screened-in deck. Our favorite feature! Even on the rainiest day when it was in the mid-50s, we grabbed a blanket and sat out there. It's just so peaceful. You can hear the waves and the surrounding trees make you feel like you're way off the beaten path. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable. I love the artwork they have on the walls. Lots of soothing scenes. Glen Arbor is a great spot to explore and close to many other lakeshore towns. Super easy to get around. If we're in the area in the future, we'd happily book the condo again!

We stayed here for the Bayshore marathon over Memorial Day weekend. The place is exactly as described easy to find, easy to get into the building, and all necessary amenities for 2 people for a Weekend getaway. Neighbors we encountered were nice and friendly. It was within walking distance of some great shops and restaurants. It was exactly what we needed for this weekend. We had a few minor inconveniences during our stay, the doors into the bedroom could have used a darkening curtain as the sunlight came right in the room! The second was the bedroom could have used a fan because with the doors closed it got a little stuffy in there. Also, the walls and windows have little to know insulation, you could hear conversations in the hallway and the parking lot with all doors closed.

Beautiful accommodations. K.C. was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family.

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!
