Situada a 100 metros del mar en la urbanización Costacabana, a 6 km de la capital almeriense ya 29 km del parque natural de Cabo de Gata. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Almería. A 50 metros hay restaurante, cafetería, pizzería, locales de tapas, etc. A pocos metros hay un minimarket. La casa está situada cerca del paseo marítimo, desde donde es especialmente agradable ver el amanecer y el atardecer por la tarde.

50m2 studio, terrace included. Independent stay. Bedroom with double bed, big wardobe, sofa, office (fridge, microwave, coffe and toaster)and full equipped bathroom. No facilities for fire cooking inside, but outer BBQ for cooking. Perfect for 2 people. Quiet centric well connected area with all services, many tipical bars and restaurants at hand. Pleased to provide info about it. Seafront: 3 minutes walk / City/historical centre : 10 minutes walk.
