The house is located about 4 km from central Örebro and the county bus stops outside. The nearest swimming area is Hjälmarbaden, 8 km away.

Från det röda huset i Almby, Örebro har du närhet till både Örebro centrum och naturen. Här kan du bo i ett hus nära alla bekvämligheter, tyst men centralt villaområde i ett nygammalt torp. I källarplan (30m2) finns badrum och tvättstuga, på entréplan (30m2) finns kök, vardagsrum med sängskåp och en toalett. På övervåningen (25m2) finns en dubbelsäng, två enkelsängar och toalett. Till centrum är det 2km, 300m till universitetet, 600m till närmsta mataffär och 2km till Gustavsvik.

På en ås med utsikt över norra Vätterns vackra skärgård ligger vårt moderna, nybyggda fritidshus med stora sällskapsytor och en fantastisk takhöjd med fina ljusinsläpp. Här kan en lite större grupp/familj finna återhämtning med närhet till naturen men ändå är det bara 10 minuter med bilen till den vackra lilla staden Askersund. Tivedens nationalpark ligger nära liksom den långa sandstranden Harjebaden. Huset stod klart hösten 2018 och har alla bekvämligheter.
