Well, what can we say, the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Perfect spot on the beach, perfect host! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine (😊), some fantastic local info and such a proactive host in Angelina. She gave us a great option for our day trip into Lisbon (only 40 minutes away by bolt & ferry), great restaurant options and also gave us some fresh lemons and eggs from her organic farm! We have stayed at many airbnb’s but have to say, Angelina was by far the best host we have had. If we ever come back to Portugal, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location near (but not too close to) Sintra. Ocean view from inside. Incredibly close but I the beach. Everything necessary was there.

Super nice apartment with fantastic views of the sea. Very comfortable with elevator and parking space in the underground parking. We felt absolutely comfortable!

we really enjoyed our time in Colares as a family with two young kids. the house is perfectly located with stunning views of the ocean and several restaurants and shops nearby. Would always return-highly recommended!

The location was spot on for. Our short stay as a first trip to Sesimbra, we will be back. The apartment is in a clean modern apartment with stunning views and all the amenities. We didn’t get lucky with the weather for a couple of days but the apartment meant had plenty of space for us to chill and read books. Then when the sun came out there was a great selection of restaurants to visit and enjoy all within walking distance. Looking forward to returning.

This was such a beautiful and special place. Wonderful outdoor space & cozy inside. Highly recommend if you have a child - great for outdoor play and close to the beach. We loved everything about it! Thank you!

It is an ocean beach area close to Lisbon ( 30 minutes drive ), with many restaurants. You can have a lunch on the balcony and enjoy an ocean view

Very nice house, in a peaceful area with beautiful ocean views. Ideal for a change of scenery. A good distance from Sintra, a classified city. The only problem was the weather. It wasn't the best week to enjoy the sun and pool, due to cold and rainy weather this week.

Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! For me, it was a wonderful week overall. The apartment is functional and cozy at the same time. And comparatively very spacious. Gonçalo is a particularly good host. Always and quickly accessible. He responds clearly and is attentive to the traveler. During my stay, there was construction work in neighboring apartments, which was carried out during the day but naturally not done in a whispering manner. He responded immediately and quickly proposed a good solution. The noise on Friday and Saturday from the bar on the ground floor mentioned in other feedback was barely noticeable and did not bother me at all. I'll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

We had a great, restful time at Lurdes despite rainy weather. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with great sightseeing and restaurant tips. Elisabeth was always available for us and very quick to respond. The ocean view from the deck is amazing! The nearby beach (we would recommend a car) has great bars and clear water. The house is clean and as pictured. Thank You!

Lovely spacious, clean & modern apartment. You can walk to the beach & bar (busy road to cross but there is an underpass). Supermarket & amazing bakery are a few mins away too. We stayed for a week in April 25. Pools are not heated. Hired a car to explore Sintra, Cascias and further up the Lisbon coast. Lots of parking at apartment. Safe area. Lovely little garden backs on to road but otherwise peaceful. We got the train into Lisbon from Sao Pedro do Estrorli several times.

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Don't think twice- book this place! Dalila's place is absolutely stunning inside and out. The kitchen is adorable and stocked with all the tools you need, the entire home was so clean, and you just honestly cannot beat the views. The weather was super windy and rainy during our stay, but that just made cozying up inside feel even better. Lovely little cafe just up the road, groceries nearby, and an amazing seafood restaurant that Dalila was able to get us a reservation at (even when I asked way too last minute, lol). We will remember this romantic little getaway forever!

Great spot!! Very relaxing and spotless!! Very close to old Towne Sintra with tons to do!! We throughly enjoyed our time there. Wish we had more time!!

We arrived at midnight and had no issues with getting keys and access to the property and Parking outside no problem, was close to plenty of restaurants and close to main centre and beeches. Would recommend

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!

This is a magical place, meticulously cared for in every detail. We greatly appreciated the vegetable garden, the big outdoor space with the scents of spices and many nice activities for kids, the hot tub, the herbal tea made with garden herbs upon our arrival and the beautiful collection of children's books. We had such a relaxing weekend that recharged us! We highly recommend this accommodation, especially with your bambino :) Thank you, Dean!

We had a lovely stay. Joao is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is as advertised and it's a show every day to open the door of the house to the ocean. Surf lessons in front of the house, very good restaurant nearby. I recommend her house.

What a beautiful place. We stayed for two weeks and loved it! Sleeping with the sound of the waves, walking out the door right onto the beach :)
