Amazing place! Great views. Great for kids!

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located right on the lakeshore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

We liked it very much and can only recommend the accommodation. You have to know that the accommodation is in a rustic style, but that did not bother us. S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away. Potential starting point for hiking tours, and for recreation by the lake.

We stayed with Lisa and Manuel for the second time. The house is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean and tidy. Everything is exactly as advertised and you immediately feel at home. We stayed with our three-year-old daughter and we love the Lake Constance region. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful time in the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to any concerns or questions. Very well equipped apartment, huge balcony, borders directly on meadows and forests. Very nice and accommodating landlady, excellent communication

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

We felt very comfortable! There was nothing missing and Ivonne and Roland were always available for questions! We will be happy to come back! Thanks!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

I was very warmly received by Katharina and felt welcome with the dog at all times. Her family were also very friendly. The place was well equipped and has a great location. I could ask Katharina anything at any time. It was a successful vacation all around, thank you.

Everything is great. Location and connection to the hotel great. The only drawback of the room is by no means darkened at night.

Jacqueline and Rolf were very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable in the circus wagon. It is a great place to relax and unwind and the highlight is of course the sauna and the biopool. With the bike, I was able to make great excursions in the area or to Lake Constance. Would recommend right away.

Joel was always very kind and helpful, answering my questions very quickly. The apartment was large and had a balcony where I could see the mountains, in fact, it was possible to see them from all the windows of the apartment. Every day, after hours of walking, we arrived at the apartment and could relax and enjoy nature. We didn't want to leave there anymore. I thank Joel for the incredible experience he gave us.

The apartment with the beautiful garden is highly recommended! You are greeted by the horses and everything is very lovingly designed. There is something blooming everywhere and there is plenty to see. With a dog, it was perfect - enough meadow and walking opportunities right outside the door. Short distances for errands (10 minutes) and for larger purchases (20 minutes). There are fresh flowers in the room and everything is very nicely decorated. The contact was friendly and the two are available to help and advise. We would definitely come back!

This place was amazing! Quaint and cozy- the sauna was amazing! We love the town of Mittenwald and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of small hikes you could start right from the property - many bigger ones only a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your town with us!

Excellent apartment with everything you want, excellent bed for a great night's sleep. From 1 to 10 an 11 for this apartment and owner. Amazing stay! We only have good things to say about the house; modern yet traditional and the location was stunning and convenient. Baked goods in the morning was an additional treat thanks to Thorsten. The road to Lech was open due to the late season (end of April), so we could really enjoy the dining scene there as well. We’ll be back!

If you want a real German countryside experience, this is it! The farmyard is beautiful and cozy, with a touch of old-world charm. We really liked it 😊
