Waterfront vacation rentals in Allgäu

We had a wonderful stay in the Allgäu. The apartment is very well maintained, newly renovated and lovingly furnished overlooking the countryside and the lake. We were warmly welcomed. You can go on bike tours, go hiking in the nearby hills and mountains. At the many small lakes there are great swimming opportunities in warmer temperatures. Shopping and fine restaurants are available in the village of Oy-Mittelberg. Surrounding villages and cities can be easily visited. Thank you very much - we'll be back.

We had a great week in Laupheim and felt very comfortable from the beginning! The place was very nice and nicely decorated - nothing was missing! We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

We felt very comfortable in Daniela's apartment. Great location, everything tip-top clean, very nice and helpful hosts. We loved it and want to come back.

The apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the area. Whether by bike, train or on foot. Very nice landlady with helpful tips.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be called a place to stay, that doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

This place is magic! The location right by the lake is beautiful. The space is lovely and just how it looks on the listing. Bettina was lovely, very easy to communicate with and obviously puts a lot of time and care into this place. The bus to Neuschwanstein castle is a short walk away and very easy and can also be used to get to other fantastic walking locations. Thoroughly recommend ☺️

I had a lovely time with my two children in Cordula and Michael's apartment. The photos show everything very accurately and the walking distance to the lake with its beautiful shore, restaurants and sunbathing lawns is great. You can hear the street, of course, but the view from the balcony was magical. The street really didn't bother us. The location is basically very quiet. Communication with Michael was warm and straightforward. Hope we can come back soon. Thanks!

The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts Irina and Dominik were very friendly, nice and courteous! The city can be reached quickly and easily and even if you don't want to go to the city, the accommodation has everything you need to have relaxation or fun on site.

Everything really great! The hosts are also warm and friendly. The only thing that should be mentioned is that tall people (1.80+) often bump their heads. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times. Otherwise everything is great. Would come back right away.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located right on the lakeshore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

We had a lovely family week in this cottage. It is small, but lovely small and it makes you feel right at home. Garden is beautiful, with stream cutting right through. It has two terraces, wood fired grill and lovely quite location away from neighbours. Location is superb as well to discover Lake Constance. Thank you.

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet vacation home settlement a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly decorated, very clean and fully complies with the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information about current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend staying at the Hirsch Chalet.

The house is really beautiful, especially the garden is a real highlight and now in spring especially beautiful when everything is in bloom. You have absolute privacy (apart from the many cats in the neighborhood who regularly stopped by the garden, much to the displeasure of my dog😅). Lake Constance is about 30 minutes away and offers a variety of excursion options. The direct footpath to the lake is great, you are immediately in nature. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

The place fully corresponds to the description and the pictures. Communication with the hosts worked out great and uncomplicated. The apartment is in the center of Immenstadt with all the advantages and disadvantages that a central apartment has. So actually everything in Immenstadt is within walking distance, but you also have to accept a corresponding noise level when the first shops open early. We would recommend the apartment. Even with a baby you can live there super and take various excursions in the Upper Allgäu.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nicely decorated, absolutely clean and pleasantly quiet – perfect for relaxing. The highlight is definitely the breathtaking view of the lake, just fantastic! I can fully recommend this place and would love to come back.

I really loved staying at Martin's house. Fr. Dagmar was wonderful, and got me a free bus pass, which she printed out for me. The flat was delightful with beautiful views, very clean and quiet, and within easy walking distance from the town centre and the local supermarket. It was also very near the bus stop, so I was able to get about with minimum effort. This was my second visit, and both times have been outstanding.

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. Edeka/DM, for example, are within walking distance. The location is 1a, right on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about a 20-minute walk to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A breathtaking view from the living room window or terrace door, which is very large. Great air and very quiet area. But what impressed me even more was how clean it was. I have never experienced a hotel room or a vacation home that would be so clean. Here you can not only eat off the floor – you could perform surgery here, it's that clean. The couch in the living room is on a pedestal or something similar, which unfortunately you can't see in the photos. For me, that wasn't a problem, but for people with knee or hip problems, it certainly wouldn't be. Otherwise, absolutely recommended.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

Everything was better than we expected. Great location with beautiful surroundings and walking trail along the river to the lake. Markus responded quickly and made us feel welcomed. Unit had everything and very quiet. Balcony extra bonus to sit and look at countryside and mountains. Easy access with perfect instructions.
