You'll never want to leave this charming place. So close and so far away. In fifteen minutes you can reach all surrounding cities such as Bregenz (Austria) and Lindau (Germany). On a boat trip on beautiful Lake Constance, all three countries can be reached along with Switzerland and enjoy their fine cultural and gastronomic offers. - Ideal for e-bikers, hikers and skiers, half an hour to the ski resort, hiking trails directly from the house.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. There is 26 m² of living space available to you. The studio is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Private 6-bed room in hostel / Theresienwiese

The Augustin Youth and Family Hotel is open 24 hours. Not right in the city center, but by subway in two stops in the center. Arriving by car is also possible - parking is available in the underground garage for €12.00 per night. The adjacent Bavariapark with playground and the most necessary shops are all within walking distance.
