The apartment is located in the most popular area, super central in Oberstdorf, close to all local attractions. Within walking distance to restaurants, the ice sports center, cable cars, the cinema, and cultural events. Just a short drive to one of the seven cable cars in the two-country ski region of Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.
