Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Allegheny River

Another wonderful stay at Breezy Timbers. We love coming here. It is so cozy and peaceful. A nice lawn and wooded area out back for our dog to play in. And Renee puts out quite the breakfast spread!

Kate’s place is great, very clean, feels like a home. I highly recommend to grad students!

Our second stay at Heather Hill Farm was as nice as the first. Super friendly hosts. We loved the sounds of the cows, ducks, geese and even the roosters. The room is very large with a screened in porch for relaxing, a small area with a fridge/microwave/toaster/keurig, a desk to work, and a couch/tv area. There are a lot of windows so the room is very sunny. This Farm is just lovely, 185 acres to roam and see deer, frogs, turtles and so many birds. We even squeezed in a 3 mile run on the property (2x around). Great value! Thanks Steven and Julie!

As always his home is immaculate and his wife is a very gracious host. She makes an Amazing Breakfast! Thanks for your hospitality! I hope to be back soon!

Galleys is a really beautiful little inn, in a great location. The breakfasts were super delicious and Joan was lovely. We hope to visit again soon!

Diane was very sweet and extremely accommodating!! It felt much more like a classic BnB than a modern AirBnB (in a good way!) One thing I’d note is the bedroom door/bathroom don’t appear to lock and there can be another guest staying at the same time. But beyond that it was a great stay. It felt homey and safe. Would definitely recommend to others hoping to stay in Butler

The folks at Frosty Hollow could not have been more wonderful! I arrived after a long day of work and rravel. Their instructions made check-in a breeze. Breakfast was an absolute delight and I really hope to come back again. Thank you for the incredible hospitality!

The breakfasts were outstanding! The service was great. Pat was friendly and a gracious hostess. She gave us a tour of the house including the history of the house as well as how she came to own period pieces of furniture, art, glassware and fixtures. The house is grand and it was fabulous to stay there for four nights. Will return in the future.

Georgia is very nice and she’s an amazing cook. We had a lovely breakfast and good conversation with the Georgia and the other guests. Our room was comfortable and pretty. We also enjoyed hanging out on the porch.

I’ve stayed with them twice. If you’re looking for quiet, cozy, friendly, this place should be on your list. These folks are so friendly and all 3 breakfasts they’ve made me have been delicious! Shannon is so easy to work with and was very accommodating of our strange travel schedule. I hope to visit again!

We had a great night at the inn on maple street. Jay and his wife were wonderful hosts, and cooked us an absolutely wonderful breakfast! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and they thought of every extra amenity you could need. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Sandy and Albert were amazing hosts and made us feel like family right away. She was so willing to work around our schedule and serve breakfast whenever worked best for us. I also love any place with a dog “Sambo” so he was a definite plus. We’ll be back to see them again, for sure.

Robin’s place was my first stop on a cross country trip and it was wonderful. It is a beautiful house that is well decorated. It is in a nice location and was easy to walk to Randyland, City of Asylum, and the Andy Warhol Museum. Robin was very sweet in offering suggestions of things to see and having coffee set up for me. I enjoyed it on her beautiful back patio in the morning along with some nice conversation with her. Loved her cats too ;)

Our stay at the Jefferson Inn was nothing short of amazing. Jean was so kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things do to in the area. The Inn was decorated beautifully, and we felt right at home. The location was great, everything in Ellicottville was within walking distance! The breakfast was a great and delicious bonus. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Russell’s place. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The area was serene and relaxing for our anniversary trip. This was the last minute decision that my husband and I made for the weekend. It did not disappoint-we had an amazing time! Russell was so nice and his two dogs were so cute and well behaved. We loved being in the pool, seeing the scenery, and the property was gorgeous

We really enjoyed our stay !!! We felt like home didn’t want to leave but we had other plans to do. They were so amazing I couldn’t be more happier actually we will definitely be back . The breakfast was amazing . It’s worth the drive and the money . We came from Ohio . I can go on and on about the stay ! Their cat is friendly also

We absolutely loved our stay at the Applebutter Inn in Slippery Rock, PA! The decor is charming and timeless, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy, and breakfast was a delight. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay again!

SERENITY at it's Best! This restored Victorian estate is wonderful. Wendy is a fabulous Hostess. Beautiful rich colors. Furnishings fit perfectly with this historic home. The bedroom we stayed in was comfortable, very clean with ensuite full bathroom. The special touch of all natural Doterra products in the shower were a Treat! She served us a lovely healthy breakfast with LOCAL organic products & FRESH Homemade bread. She interacted with us as we wished but also perfect amount of privacy. The outside garden patio surrounds you with lush greenery & flowers, and a Fabulous working water fountain! Perfect for morning Tea or evening glass of wine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a couples get-away!! We will be back!

we were greeted at the door when we arrived by Alan's wife Jeanne, she was very hospitable and informative about the place. We felt right at home, the bed and breakfast was nicely decorated and our room was comfortable and cozy. We later met Alan who was just as welcoming and friendly. The place was situated on a hillside overlooking the winery below. Made us feel as if we were in Tuscany. Loved our overnight stay and would love to return in the future to see the further renovations in their plans.

Absolutely love staying here—it's truly a home away from home! We've had the pleasure of staying multiple times, and each visit is better than the last. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the place is always spotless. The host is incredible—kind, warm, and communicates perfectly.
