It's the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Classic elegance with a warm, homey atmosphere awaits you in this almost 100-year-old home located close to everything in Butler, Pa and only 40 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh. Included in this rental is a second floor private bedroom with two twin beds, and parasols dreamily hanging overhead. A full bath is next door, only shared with guests from one other room.

Located across from Barclay Square and within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and activities. Outside we have covered parking, a little yard and a sweet gazebo. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.
