Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

We hope you choose to stay at our beautiful getaway! It’s been recently renovated, ready for you to enjoy, relax, and stay a while! Welcome to Ridgway! This 1 bed/1 bath loft style apartment sits inside of what was once the area's first Free Methodist church - it’s certainly not what you’ll expect to see inside. You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.
