Very impressed! The speed with which Zazi responded to my questions prior to leaving my home was less than 10 minutes, and because of that, we had no questions when we got there. The home had a rustic country look and feel to it. We were very comfortable. Everything we needed, other than food of course, was provided. Internet was great. Cellular coverage was weak, but we were already aware of that. It's a mountainous area and that's to be expected. The heat was on when we arrived and the house was a comfortable temperature. We loved it and have another trip planned next month. Honestly, we will probably make this a yearly trip!!! Thanks Zazi.

We had a wonderful weekend get away with our 3.5 year old son. Great to unplug, wind down and relax. We had fun watching the cows, sunsets and sunrises. We brought food with us, and found the kitchen to supply our minimal needs. Some nice touches such as good coffee, creamers and nice dish and body soaps and soaks. Good linens are Provided also.

My family & I only stayed at the house for 1 overnight stay because we were attending a feneral in Covington VA. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The house is very clean, and the beds were comfortable. My family & I are considering renting it again in the warmer months, when we can enjoying the outdoor amenities. Joan was exceptionally nice. She allowed us to check-in early so we could relax & get dressed before attending the funeral. That was very appreciated by everyone after our long 7hr trip from Pennsylvania.

One of our favorite places. The beautiful views of Craig Creek were lovely from the inside picture window, from the deck and up close on the shore. We enjoyed fishing and listening to the peepers (frogs) sing at night. A true nature paradise. Make sure to have your Merlin Bird app on to I D the many birds that live here. We also loved all the extras from the well appointed kitchen, to condiments and spices available for our meals.

Our stay at Teressa and Barry’s Cabin on the Creek was far beyond 5 stars - truly exceptional in every way. From the start, the hosts were outstanding. Their attention to detail, thoughtful amenities, and warm communication made us feel completely taken care of. The setting is nothing short of magical. Wildflowers like dainty Quaker ladies, vibrant red columbine, and star chickweed brought bursts of color to the landscape. The sounds of chirping birds and playful beavers in Potts Creek created a peaceful, nature-filled soundtrack. Add in the sweet scent of blooming autumn olive and the gentle touch of a spring breeze and sunshine... it was a full sensory experience. This was our second stay here, and it only confirmed what we already knew: this place is special. We can’t wait to return again. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Lynne’s Tiny House! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of every inch. The view was absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful, relaxing backdrop each morning. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, and the bathroom was down the hill—convenient enough, but having it closer would have been ideal. It was a great cabin situated on top of the hill. It has everything you need to live and feel at home. My daughter loved the record player and the collection. It has a printer and internet was good. The view from the porch is beautiful. The only issue is that it was hard to find the property. The cabin is not on the midland trail road, but on a unpaved gravel road which is parallel to the midland trail. Apparently, it was the old midland trail road before the new one was laid. The property is on top of the unpaved road and it has two columns identifying the property. Once we pull into the driveway between the columns, it goes all the way in and then you will find the house.

A cozy cottage is surrounded by trees displaying autumn foliage. A grassy area leads to the front entrance, where a small path is visible. The structure features a simple exterior with a small circular decoration above the door and a large window on the left.

This was a very peaceful and cute stay! My significant other, pup, and I spent the weekend and loved the outdoorsy feel. The air bnb location was a perfect quaint, and quiet area right on the river with trails and waterfall nearby. My favorite part was hearing the river right outside the whole time. The fire pit and games were a plus as well. Would recommend!

Pam and Gary are wonderful hosts.. they have a cute little cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. we were able to go to the Omni homestead natural springs and other activities in the area.

Historical property, with lavish updates. Such a beautiful setting, and a short drive to many wonderful attractions. The property was spotless and felt just like home! They even left fresh fruit and snacks, as well as milk and eggs and bread! They did more to welcome us and make us feel at home than any other Airbnb I've ever stayed at!

The inside is completely remodeled; even the walls and vents are brand new. It is was very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I were munching on honey nut cheerios by the creek, and I heard something in the water. Two river otters were catching fish and eating their breakfast yards away from us. We quietly followed them 97 yards down stream and their den was on the opposite side of the creek. We saw two baby otters playing and it was an amazing experience. It is very rare to see river otters in their natural habitat. They will likely remain there throughout the summer, and we will probably go back to see them. Roaring Run Falls is 12 minutes away and it is spectacular! We finished the day by catching the sunset up on the Blue Ridge Parkway... it would be impossible to plan such a perfect day. If this property is available, reserve it immediately.

love the vibe of the place, from the nostalgia of the living quarters to the 50's themed soda shop. if you love to bake or like old fashion milkshakes, you can make them here. They have all the things to enjoy. Deer in the yard in the morning.
