Such a lovely home in a great area. Host was very responsive and generous with amenities and flexible to your needs. Luxury bed, linen and towels which was great. Would certainly stay again!

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

it was cozy little apartment right next to the river within walking distance of several great cafes and restaurants. it was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Rose was very lovely and easy to contact.

Great place, loved that we could walk to the zoo (could even hear the lion roar!) Good location, easily accessed. Would definitely stay again. Brad and Jenn are great to deal with.

I love staying here - a fantastic location, very comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you could possibly need, a delightful courtyard garden and Steve and Debbie are friendly and helpful, while also respecting privacy. Gold stars from me!

This home is beautiful! it's been perfectly renovated to maintain the old charm but with modern facilities - everything has been thought of! The location was amazing, we didn't need our car once after arrival, its right ion the main strip, yet so quiet inside, with huge windows to take it all in! we couldn't fault it, a perfect weekend staycation! Candie was super responsive and so accommodating, even presetting up the porta cot so we didn't need to do that on arrival - I would recommend this stay to anyone! we loved it :-)

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

We had a great time with such a beautiful house & enjoyed our time connecting & cooking in the kitchen. The house is spacious, we really felt at home. One of the best features is the fireplace. Also, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Krishia the host & her team are very friendly, informative & responsive.

This accommodation was amazing. Everything we needed was available including a well equipped kitchen with sauces, spices and coffee machine, a good sized bedroom with ample cupboard space and spacious bathroom. The surroundings were very private and quiet, with lots of birds visiting the garden too. I would highly recommend if visiting Perth.

We had a lovely stay at Lyn’s place. Lyn was very thoughtful, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. We were so thankful that were baby amenities available (high chair, cot etc) and Lyn even prepared books suitable for our toddler. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided. We loved our stay at Min's house! We chose it for its convenient location close to family nearby, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with four generous bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with fantastic showers, a large kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, spa, and pool. It’s ideal for families — we enjoyed dining outside every evening under the covered patio. Min was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit family!

Lesa's place was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for a low key girls weekend and barely left the beautiful balcony with uninterrupted ocean views as far as the eye can see. The kitchen was the best equipped one I've ever encountered and had everything you could possibly need. The quality, cleanliness and comfortability of the linen, towels, couches etc cannot be understated. It was absolutely luxurious and the nicest touches in every room didn't go unnoticed. We all commented on how well we slept with the sound of waves crashing and on those comfy beds and pillows! Plenty of space for everyone to chill and also come together for meals etc. Lesa was great to deal with as well, super responsive and very clear instructions for everything we needed. Cannot fault a single thing about this place - book it now!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey provided high quality amenities. We appreciated the food left out for us and also the coffee capsules! The size of the studio, thou compact had all that you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided clear instructions on the drop off so that we can access the lift with all our luggages. The only downside is that the building is a little old but the interior is modern and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided us with softer pillows the next morning after we feedback that the pillows were too hard. Overall, we had a really great stay for my family.

Had a great time in the area and the unit exceeded our expectations. Felt right at home 🙂💃
