From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children. 1 x queen bed 1 x sofa bed within the living area - perfect for up to 2 children sharing Free parking at the front of the property.

Exclusive use, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.

Le Petit Retreat

Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.
