Sally is a lovely woman and extremely wekcoming! We enjoyed our stay at her beautiful Casa grande and in Burgau. We recommend her place for everyone visiting Burgau, it has everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Natercia is helpful and friendly and her breakfasts delicious. The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and the garden and communal areas pretty and well maintained. The location is quiet and the views from the rooms beautiful.

Monte Velho es un sitio de encanto dentro de un entorno privilegiado. Todo, absolutamente todo, está pensado para el bienestar de los huéspedes. La verdad es que la semana que pasamos allí fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido nunca. Los desayunos son dignos de un cuento de hadas; el ambiente, los cuartos, el personal encantador, la localización, la finca, los templos, el parque natural, las playas de otro mundo, los restaurantes locales, las vistas del mar y de la última puesta del sol del continente europeo. los animales, el lago - todo esto hace que Monte Velho sea un sitio inmejorable. ¡Un millón de gracias!

Casa Grande was one of the highlights of our entire vacation in Portugal! I loved having breakfast with the other guests and learning the rich history of the house!

We loved our stay and recommend this beautiful spot to everyone. Very peaceful, quiet, and filled with beautiful flowers and trees. We loved relaxing on our balcony listening to the birds. However the best part was the sweet pup and cat that greet you each day! We loved Kiku and Amilca.

Casa Grande in Burgau is a great place if you, like our family, prefer to stay off the beaten path and make the place your own. Sally, our hostess, was most hospitable and forthcoming, and let us use the kitchen amenities, and helped us book tables at nearby restaurants and advise us what to see in the Burgau vicinity. The beautiful Burgau beach is five minutes walk away. A café with a small supermarket is two minutes away. We stayed in the blue room suite. It has its imperfections but also lots of character and a tangible sense of history. The building itself is a large, old house. The adjacent gardens are large, but are currently in need of extensive cleanup. The whole house is a sleeping beauty. We felt like at home and have very fond memories of our stay in Casa Grande.

A really good stay! Only a 10/15 minute walk from the main center and the beaches! Simao gives amazing suggestions upon check-in as well.

Had a wonderful stay! Anna was a fantastic host — so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and such a nice touch. The place was spotless, in a great location, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We stayed 6 nights and had one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Anne-Marie and Alaine were helpful, kind, and generous. They were there when we needed them but respected our privacy. They greeted us upon arrival, showed us to our room, and even helped us carry our luggage. We had had 9 days of dirty laundry and Anne-Marie generously washed our clothes for us. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was phenomenal, including fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade jams, cheeses, breads, and other goodies, which varied daily. Each morning after we left for our trip to the beach, Anne-Marie tidied our room. The property is beautiful and walking distance to the Salema beach (but expect some steep hills). Our favorite though was Praia da Santa, about a 20 minute hike from the BNB to a relatively secluded beach with a beautiful cave. In the evenings, we enjoyed the view of the ocean in the distance and the breeze rustling through the palms. An amazing stay!

After staying at busy places, this magic place was perfect to take a rest. Still, only walking distance from town center and the beach. It was nested along the country side, just on the edge of town. So beautiful and quiet. Everyone was so friendly and nice ❤️.

A really great hostel, excellent value for money. Clean facilities, lots of space in communal areas. Breakfast was a treat, really fresh! Super central location as well, so easy to get around sagres. Would stay again.

Salsalito is an oasis of calm and peace. There was everything we wished for in a place to stay and more. Sally Anne is warm and kind with a fun sense of humour and very helpful. The breakfasts were just perfect, the most pleasant way to start the day. We loved the garden and pool area, so private and serene. And at the end of the day a clean, cool and comfortable bed which was made every day and clean towels provided. Impeccable. Dreaming of planning my next trip to Sally Anne's already.

What a treat! This was a great stay. Everything was absolutely clean and in excellent condition. Reception was warm and welcoming, ready to answer our questions. The breakfast was fabulous. We especially appreciated the heated drying rack.

Will definitely return here when I’m back in Sagres. Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly staff. Really good value for money.

Wir hatten das Glück bei Birds of Paradise eine wunderschöne Zeit zu verbringen. Vanessa und Dick waren absolut herausragende Gastgeber und haben unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer Art und ihren Tipps unvergesslich gemacht. Das Haus selbst war einfach umwerfend. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich mit Pool ist einzigartig. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls ideal. In der Nähe gab es wunderschöne Strände, an denen wir einen fantastischen Surf-Kurs gemacht haben. Dick war so freundlich, uns den Kontakt zur Surfschule herzustellen. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn man einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Nähe vom Arrifana Beach verbringen möchten, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Wir bereuen nur, dass wir nicht länger geblieben sind! Wir kommen wieder!!

This was a beautiful place to stay with such kind hosts. Everything was perfect, so clean, peaceful, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place if visiting Lagos. We would love to come back again.

La maison est magnifique. Le jardin est splendide. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux. Il est servi en terrasse et propose des produits ultra-frais, tous les matins. Aux abords de la piscine, il y a tant de sun beds, que tous les invités peuvent profiter en toute quiétude d'un rafraîchissement. Vous pouvez passer toute la journée là, à lire ou vous relaxer, au son des oiseaux. Si le cœur vous en dit, le rooftop offre une vue encore plus large sur l'océan. Le spot parfait pour une séance de yoga. La localisation est idéale pour visiter l'Algavre. La plage la plus proche est à quelques minutes. Vous disposez d'un emplacement de parking dans la propriété ou dans la ruelle, juste en face. La chambre est joliment décorée. La salle de bain est confortable et moderne. Le must, ici, c'est l'accueil que vous recevrez des hôtes qui sont disponibles et absolument charmants. Jonas et Thomas sont aux petits soins pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour.

Très beau logement dépaysant, bien équipé, très propre et bien placé. J’ai adoré le contact avec Florance et Alain car grâce à eux on se sent comme chez nous, ils sont toujours disponible pour nous rendre service et sont très sympa. Dès qu’on peut on y revient, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s bed and breakfast. Never have we slept in a wind mill before, is was beautiful! Great host, very welcoming, we felt right at home. Breakfast in the morning was perfect! We are sad we only stayed one night, would definitely come here again!

Super Airbnb, les hôtes étaient sympathiques et arrangeants ! Le lieux est top, pas loins de très belles plages et au milieux des champs. Le studio était très bien et correspondait a l'annonce. Le petit déjeuné inclu était bon !

Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme . Ce qu’il nous a manqué c’est une cuisine Éloignée de tout, les restaurants étant à 15 min en voiture ce n’est pas pratique Craig pourrait aménager dehors un petit coin avec le nécessaire pour que l’on soit autonome comme dans l’annexe qu’il propose pour un couple. Dans la chambre juste une bouilloire, tasses et verre à disposition sans cuillères ni couteau Pour pique niquer c’est un peu juste et le cadre est si sympa que nous avons envie d’y rester pour dîner ! Heureusement Craig nous a prêté quelques élément pour un pique nique improvisé En tout cas nous reviendrons dans l’annexe!
