Calm yellow studio with amazing sea view in a bay

Welcome to this calm studio situated in the hollow of a bay, with an amazing view over the sea. The road ends here, so there is very little traffic. Alinda city is close though, about 2 mins' drive and 15 mins' walk following the sea shore. You can either cook yourself here or benefit from the family restaurant that is just next door. The apartment is fully equiped (wifi, bedding, towels, soap, ustensils,...), but if you need anything else, please ask and we would be glad to provide it for you!

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! First of all, Florence was very friendly. When she wasn't her, her friend Alexandra took care of us and even drove us from Agia Marina to the house in her own car and left in the harbor when she left. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies. We fit very comfortably into the house. The landscaping and especially the lawn garden in front were very nice. It was very enjoyable to have morning coffee watching the Begonville. The kitchen has enough kitchen supplies. The advice Florence and Alexandra gave was very accurate. Enjoy the stars and Leros in the night sky.

we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Samuel and The Velanidies for a wonderful weekend! We will be back, Family Kamber

The room was very clean when we arrived and it is the perfect size for two people. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were extra sheets and towels for us to use. The view from the little balcony is amazing, especially in the sunrise. There are two very nice restaurants very close to the room. Also Panteli beach is five minutes away. The owner was very communicative and helpful, throught our stay. Overall a wonderful stay!

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

5 stars, full stop. Complete privacy, sea at door step, welcome gifts, etc. - c'mon: what else can you ask for being in Greece ? Really gave it a thought but could not find anything to complain, simply perfect. Lovely place to stay. Beautiful view. We ended up booking 3 extra nights because we loved it there so much. Maria is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet in the whole world! She even stopped by and gave us some gifts on our last evening. Her husband George was also very friendly. He picked us up from and dropped us off at the ferry, so getting to and from the house was very easy.
