Nice holiday home 150 meters from the sea.

Newly renovated(!) nice cottage with three bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace. South facing patio with ability to grill and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cabin as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 25 minute drive from Skellefteå Central. Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

A gem in the Archipelago of Skellefteå.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Great fishing from the jetty or the boat that is included. proximity to forest with nice marked exercise loops. lawn to sunbathe and play on. large living room with kitchen, dining area and tv part. 2 bedrooms and new renovated bathroom with shower and WC. air heat pump that warms or cools. Own wood-fired sauna with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. It takes 20 minutes to Skellefteå city by car using the E4.

Cozy little house close to Kågeälven.

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Cozy accommodation with lake views in scenic area . The house is partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Stugan har alla bekvämligheter med tv, matplats, kök (kokvrå), badrum och egen bastu. Räcker inte det så finns det en vedeldad bastu och utomhusdusch på gården som går att låna kostnadsfritt. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Apartment upstairs in a two-family villa in a calm area. Nice walking path next to the river just outside. The apartment has two bedrooms where there are two 120 cm beds in one bedroom and in the other bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are available. The central town is just over a kilometer away, about a quarter of a walk.

The place and the host were very good! Easy to communicate and responded quickly to questions. Slightly worn kitchen utensils like knives and frying pan, otherwise good with equipment. The only thing missing was a coffee maker :) Would highly recommend!

Our team leader Rokas stayed at Malin's place for a week. The apartment had everything he needed, it was very clean and tidy. Looked exactly like in the pictures. Felt nearly like at home with a bit of luxury added. The apartment itself is modern and Malin was more than helpful. We would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a place to stay which is close to the city centre and bus stops. Especially recommend this place because of the host, it has been a pleasure to communicate with Malin. Thank you and best of luck to you.
