Villa vacation rentals in Algoz

We had a great stay at the villa! It is very quiet, you don't disturb absolutely anyone in the area. The villa itself is fantastic, just as shown in the pictures. The pool is a nice size and the rooms, each with an extra bathroom, are very well furnished. We particularly liked the kitchen equipment and the possibility to use the grill and pizza oven directly down by the pool. There are also plenty of seating options: whether sheltered from the wind on the terrace, sunny on the roof terrace, at the grill on a huge table or at the 10 loungers by the pool. The amenities were simply great and we can recommend the apartment as a group with full conviction! Also great was the location in Carvoeiro as a great starting point to Benagil, Lagos or Faro. We would definitely like to come back!

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

From first booking we had excellent communication with the owners. We decided to get the pool heated and use there transfer service. The pool was a good temperature on arrival and the transfer was excellent service. We were greeted at the villa by Pavel (Villa manager), he was very friendly, he showed us the working of the villa and what the area had to offer locally. We did have an issue with the A/C, we made contact with Pavel and the issue was sorted within a few hours (great service). Everything that was advertised on the listing page described the villa exactly. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return holiday at the villa.

Casa Mu is a beautiful home with zen like qualities and an expansive view. We were staying at the house during the black out. Matthijs reached out to us while the cell towers were still live and came by to open the gates manually so we could get back to the house. Yannick stopped by later in the day to give us updates. The home has a Big Green egg and we had bought charcoal the day we arrived so we were able to cook dinner. Thankfully power was down for only a short time. Casa Mu has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. We bought oranges and limes from a roadside stand and made fresh juice using the electric juicer. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. I would suggest bringing bar soap for the shower. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to hang out both inside and outside the house. The pool is not heated, but I did go in. A bit bracing, but not too cold. For food shopping, go to Apolonia in Lagoa. Great store that has all you need

The house is very nice. It is located in the new building area (there are still some houses to be built). We were warmly welcomed by Maria. She explained and showed us everything. Also gave us many great tips. Restaurants, sights, etc. She was also always available to us. Salt, pepper and oil were also on site (not like some have written). There were 8 of us in the house (adults) and we had enough cutlery and dishes. Washing machine was also used :-) Each bathroom was equipped with shampoo and soap. We enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

A fab stay from start to finish. Rafael and Anna-Sophie were excellent hosts, very responsive and super flexible around our arrival time which was late in the evening. The apartment was very well-equipped and has been designed in a clever way to make the most of the space – it actually feels much bigger than it looks in the photos. The patio balcony with a BBQ was perfect for al-fresco dining, the gardens have been beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was perfect for a hot summers day. You can easily reach the towns of Boliqueime and Loulé by car and the coast is only a c. 20 min drive away. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

We had such a wonderful week at Villa Ocean Dreams! Giuliana’s home was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! The location was fantastic with the beach so close and the boardwalk to walk into the marina or town right across the street. The pool and hot tub made our week even better. We spent much of our time in the comfortable gathering areas by the pool, under the shade and awnings upstairs and downstairs, or playing games in the evening at the dining table. All of the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our group of five and was so well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Giuliana was so helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Our family of 5 adults, a toddler and a baby stayed in the villa. It had everything we needed, cots and even child plates, bowls and cutlery which was a lovely surprise!! The villa was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The aircon was amazing and only needed to cool the rooms before bedtime The outside area is so peaceful and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool was superb!!! We paid the extra for heating and it was well worth it. Our 2 year old granddaughter learnt to swim and we had a job getting her out!!! Overall, the villa is amazing. We had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. Jose was brilliant, he is very responsive to queries and his local recommendations were fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Great villa very close to shops and beach. Host had very good communication. Jets in hot tub didn’t work during our stay and when the gardeners come they were very loud but overall a great stay and would go again! Building a villa next door but was not in anyway noisy and host told us before we confirmed the booking.

We loved our stay in Benagil. The house on a cliff overlooking the ocean was amazing and peaceful. We hiked to the beach and along the cliffs from the house and we took day trips by car to nearby towns. The house was large and pristine. Marco was very responsive and provided local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Even with bad weather the pool is warm and the setting is wonderful. We will book again in a sunnier month!

Jean and Madeline's place is listed as a villa but that's not really accurate . It is a palace . Probably the nicest home in who h we have stayed . Better than the pix . If you are visiting Algarve - this is the place to stay . It is amazing .

Amazing villa and perfect location to base yourself, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

amazing villa. had such a great 5 days here. villa is stunning and hosts were excellent. swimming pool was a lovely temperature and villa was exactly as described. we would love to stay there again! only slight negative was it was very hot and although there was no air conditioning.(which we were aware of) the fans in the bedrooms could be a bit better!

Lovely modern house, lots of space, better than the pictures, shame the lift wasn’t working

absolutely stunning villa! The location was great, very private and only a 4 minute drive into the town via very cheap ubers and taxis. The hosts were very welcoming and gave great insight. Huge pool! Great facilities and modern kitchen/ furnishings. Comfy bedrooms and bathrooms had a wonderful shower. Pool cleaner came twice a week and the garden grounds were gorgeous. The perfect base for your trip, only wished we had stayed longer!

Adelino is a superb host and his villa is amazing. Extremely responsive and was able to answer any questions right away. Very spacious, clean, private and comfortable. The smell of fresh rosemary every morning in the beautiful garden was an added bonus. Close drive to grocery and restaurants. Coast line and Albufeira just 30 mins drive as well. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful house, with lots of space for outdoors activities, close to Loule where there are there is lots of wonderful restaurants and culture. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend!

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa to stay in! The salt water pool was perfect and set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The house is well equipped and spacious. Ideal if you want a week just relaxing!

We have just arrived home from our stay. The villa is perfect for family's and friends, there's a ping pong table, large pool and trampoline. The beds are comfortable and the whole villa was very clean and decorated well. The Vila is quite secluded which worked well for us, it's very private. Uber eats can deliver food shops and takeaways so it was really easy to get some food into the villa We have really enjoyed our stay Loulé is a 12 minuet uber ride with lots of restaurants and pretty shops. We also visited Albufeira which is 45 minuet uber away with lots of bars! Faro is also worth a visit to see the streets, shops, markets and marina We have already discussed about returning! Well worth the stay

What can I say. This was such a great find. We travelled as a family (four generations) and everyone loved the place. It was even more beautiful than the photos described, great views, comfy beds, felt private and more than enough space for all 10 of us. The pool was beautiful (we had it heated). We spent most afternoons there. The restaurants and beaches were incredible (great recommendations from Marco) - we only stayed a week and didn’t manage to try everywhere we wanted too. As for Marco - he was fantastic. Helpful, friendly and responsive (without being imposing) Honestly we couldn’t have loved this villa anymore. When we tried to think of how to improve we just couldn’t. Thank you Marco!

10/10. Already thinking of coming back next year with family. The villa had everything you could think of, plus more. The pool was lovely, there were even inflatable toys for our little boy to play with! The location was walking distance to beaches and restaurants but we did hire a car to get around a bit more which is definitely worth doing. It felt like home from home, comfortable, clean, safe. There is an alarm you can use if you want to when you leave the villa for extra security. So many places to sit and eat, lots of sun loungers, very private. The host was amazing, responded to anything I asked within an hour. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Amazing Villa. This has been the best place we have ever stayed!! An amazing and spacious villa, lots of room and everything you would need. walk in showers in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Big pool. you can request this to be heated for an additional cost, which is well worth it if you have kids, as they will then stay in there all day. Thanks again Dominique and Pauline.
