Very nice apartments for a family , sea nearby , many shops accessible by car, 2 swimming pools, very beautiful environments and beautiful landscapes. A lot of activities under a 10km radius around.

Mariana's sister greeted us. Altough the apartment was smaller than appears in the photos, it was modernly decorated, well equipped and the view of the light house & Marina was wonderful to watch at night & during the day. The location was perfect with the Marina and fish restaurants along the beach to the right of the apartment. The Orange Square, Alameda park with the tiled beautiful Benches and the Scuptures along along Alvenida del Mar were to the left and all within a 13 minute walk to all three locations. Parking was also possible within a 5 minute walk however Gayane kindly helped us find the car park as we drove around in circles. Great place, location and very helpful host would definitely recommend.

Very friendly host, the apartment is clean and has all necessary utensils in the kitchen. The location has good parking possibilities and the supermarkets are close by.

This apartment is well equipped, especially with a dedicated dryer. This is very useful during winter time. It has central AC which is very efficient. The water pressure for shower is also very good. If you are coming with a car, it comes with a dedicated free underground parking as well. It is right beside a golf course and surrounding is very beautiful with a lot of nice villas. With 5-10min drive, you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.

Place could do with a little TLC and the cleaner had definitely missed a few spots but otherwise our stay was enjoyable and we really appreciated Bernadette’s flexibility on our final day as we were leaving late. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very good stay in the accommodation. We encountered some technical constraints but quickly corrected by the owners. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for groups.

The view of Nuevo Bridge was so beautiful, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was good for cooking simple meals. I didn't use it, but the host prepared a washing machine, a dishwasher, and detergent, so it would have been very convenient to do laundry while traveling! Thanks to the friendly host, I made good memories in Londa.

Location: The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, making it convenient to explore the area. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Hosts: Ivan and his wifere were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and had a great experience. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Great host very attentive, place was brilliant, fast WiFi, very large living room with comfortable sofas, kitchen full of amenities, everything you could possibly need, we were surprised how many things were available, ended up extending our stay, would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend.

Simply a wonderful stay, me and my family felt welcomed at all times !! Rosali is a very communicative host, she had endless details for our stay !! We are traveling with a small child, we found toys , cot etc ( thank you for so many details ) The hacuzzi is a strong point,although really the house itself is a real luxury !! One suggestion: If you put a liquor pot on a corner with a list of prices , you will like the result !! It's an excellent strategy 🫶 Overall , everything is very accurate ! Instructions , arrival , etc … We will definitely be back!!!

Sean and Kristin's place was absolutely perfect! It had all the comforts and amenities that anyone would need to feel at home. 100% more comfortable than staying at a hotel! Walking distance (4-5 min) to a nice grocery store, which was very useful. The town center was approx 15-20 min walk over a footbridge (over autoroute 7). Delightful bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Garage parking was also very nice to have. A car is recommended to visit other surrounding towns and attractions. The representative, Jane, was a gem! She was very responsive and helpful. Her cheerful disposition was so welcoming. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

We had a great week at the property and were able to enjoy the tranquility by the pool and on the terrace. A car is necessary to get to the coast and restaurants or go shopping.

Good sized apartment with plenty of space and good location, short taxi ride away from puerto banus centre. Amazing roof terrace.
