The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.

Muy buena estancia. El alojamiento muy limpio y cómodo. La casa está lejos del centro pero si te gusta caminar puedes llegar caminando a otras atracciones como el Monasterio jerónimo y torre de belem. La zona era muy tranquila lo que se agradece para el horario de descanso y Margarida muy pendiente y amable. Lo recomiendo

C’est un bon endroit pour simplement dormir pour pas cher. Sans surprise la chambre était extrêmement humide et chaude avec une odeur, mais tout ça est déjà indiqué dans l’annonce. En ouvrant la fenêtre cela aide beaucoup. La communication avec Josée est excellente et il est présent pour n’importe quel besoin. Super sympathique.

Very nice place! Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable, and everything matched the description. The area is quiet, with two supermarkets right across the street, and it's only 20 minutes from Lisbon. I definitely recommend it!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor der Buchung als auch während des Aufenthaltes klappte immer sofort. Wir konnten unser Auto direkt in der Straße parken. Zu Fuss zum Bahnhof sind es 5.min und dann 15 min mit dem Zug und wir wären im Zentrum Lissabon

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is perfect, situated in a convenient and peaceful area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. David’s hospitality was top-notch he was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean and cozy, exactly as described. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return if we are ever in the area again. Thanks, David, for a great experience!
