Townhome vacation rentals in Alfortville

This is a beautiful house that we really enjoyed spending time in! It has a lovely, homely feel and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in a cosy family home. It’s very close to the train station, and near to a great bakery and a large supermarket with everything you might need. The car is delightful too!

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

Le séjour chez Catherine et Philippe s'est très bien passé. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris et l'environnement paisible. Il y a toutes les commodités accessibles à pied (commerces, marché, métro...), et le nécessaire au logement (linge de lit, de toilette, produits d'entretien, condiments...). Une adresse à retenir!

Karine’s place was so unique, charming, eclectic and homey. Karine was very communicative and informative and kind to let us check in early. While the rental is away from the usual touristy spots, we enjoyed the quieter neighborhood with less crowds, great restaurants and short walking distance to the metro. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Marions Oase. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein absoluter Traum, sehr ruhig und grün und trotzdem ist man schnell im Stadtgeschehen. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Adrien est très gentil et à l’écoute, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Le logement était propre et conforme à la description. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Rien à redire. On a passée un très bon séjour, le logement était très agréable c’était simple d’accès, l’hôte est très réactif et vraiment gentil et à l’écoutes des demandes que j’ai pu avoir. Très propre et très agréable, rien à redire!

Logement conforme au descriptif, arrivée autonome ainsi que le départ. Bons échanges et bonne communication. A bien répondu à nos besoins. La petite terrasse est un plus. Un grand merci !

Our stay was wonderful! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to the subway. There was a grocery store, bakery, places to eat nearby. The house is very spacious and clean. And the hosts are remarkably responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

Een heerlijk huis vlakbij een metrostation. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft 2 slaapkamers, één aan de straatkant en één aan de stille tuinkant. Buiten een gezellig zitje, pal naast de keuken. Je kunt beneden in de tuin uitstekend verblijven met een boek in een luie stoel. De smart tv biedt de mogelijkheid om bij voorbeeld Netflix te kijken. Op korte afstand 2 prima restaurants met een goede kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding. Als we weer naar Parijs gaan, boeken we zeker weer bij Wil.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Mein Mann und ich wollten nicht direkt im Trubel von Paris wohnen, da kam uns die Unterkunft von Isabelle sehr gelegen. Eine schöne ruhige Gegend, etwas außerhalb von Paris. Schön ruhig, gepflegt mit Blick auf das süße Gärtchen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll, neu und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr sauber und modern. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Isabelle war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Vielen, lieben Dank an die Gastgeber!

Phillipe's home was the perfect fit for our large group of 12. The spacious home allowed us our privacy and included areas to gather as a group and enjoy the peace and tranquility the home offered. Phillipe answered our pre-trip questions, was gracious to allow us an early check-in and made time to connect with us after our arrival. Having access to the laundry room was a plus. Overall, the home was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and amazing. When it came to dining out or grabbing a quick bite to eat, there was no shortage of great restaurants or bakeries in the area to choose from. The Metro was a short walk away making it convenient to see every Paris attraction. I highly recommend Phillipe's home and would stay again for a future trip.

We had the perfect stay at Valérie and Pierre’s apartment. They are the most lovely and caring hosts who made our time in Paris for our wedding very special and we felt at home straight away. The apartment is spotless and very clean. It is well-equipped with everything you need and there’s enough space for four guests. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we’d definitely recommend to stay at this beautiful place. We’d love to come back for sure! Merci beaucoup à Valérie et Pierre!
