Great apartment in the middle of Alfama just around the corner from many cafes, Fado places, viewpoints, the fado museum, the central district etc. It's also great to stay in the old district full of character vs the newer areas. The apartment is well furnished with all the amenities you need and the patio is a really nice touch The proximity to the old church and square is amazing. You can't go wrong picking this apartment to stay while in Lisbon. Andre is also super communicative and helpful if you need anything and the detailed instructions are spot on.

My daughter and I loved Sandra’s place! It’s super cute, just as pictured, with everything you need including espresso pods, stuff for washing dishes etc. The cohost Sara (really friendly and helpful!) met us at a museum nearby to show us how to get to the Airbnb and showed me absolutely everything in the place and gave me loads of recommendations for things to do in the area. I had trouble with the door and she came back to help me which I really appreciated. The surrounding area is super cute, with lots to do. **There is lots of climbing involved everywhere you go including to get to the Airbnb itself. Stairs are very steep and I was grateful that my bag wasn’t heavy. Pack light!!

The apartment was stylish and comfortable, and in an interesting and historic area. Surrounded by Fado restaurants it could have been noisy but the double glazed windows, and shutters, made it peaceful inside. A bottle of wine and some port were nice touches. It was an easy walk to the centre of town and fairly close to the metro, and tram and bus stops. A most enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay Antonio’s! Location was in an area that we felt was central to a lot of what we wanted to see while not being overly congested. The host was absolutely wonderful! They let us check in early, provided a list of recommended restaurants, and sent a link for storage lockers for us if we needed somewhere to store our stuff after checkout. Not to mention that they left us Pasteis de Nata to try! We really felt like they went above and beyond what we expected and were readily available if we had any other questions about the area. Their place also had a beautiful view of the river which was so nice to wake up to. The stairs were obviously a bit of a workout but we expected that. Would definitely stay again if we were to come back to Lisbon.

Eine äusserst persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtete, umwerfend schöne Wohnung. Gross, speziell, atmosphärisch. Es war für uns ein Geschenk, da oben so herrlich privat wohnen zu dürfen inmitten der flirrenden Stadt mit den unglaublich vielen Menschen. Auf dem Platz unten vor dem Haus herrschte eine ausgelassene Stimmung. Das haben wir genossen, zu später Stunde aber zwischendurch auch als störend empfunden. Das Bett ist herrlich bequem, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man anzutreffen wünscht. Wir sind begeistert und verliebt in diese wunderbaren Räume. Danke von Herzen Vincenzo und Paola für das Vertrauen und die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen wieder.

We werden met open armen ontvangen door Catarina, de host. Communicatie met haar verliep soepel en snelle reactietijd. De gezellige en ruime loft is vlakbij de Taag, metro en bij het centrum van Lissabon. bijzonder, ruim en gezellig. Het bed is goed en schoon. Een fijne plek om te verblijven en als uitvalsbasis heel geschikt om Lissabon en omgeving te verkennen. Als we weer in Lissabon zijn, komen we graag hier terug.

We had a great stay while in Lisbon. The neighborhood of Alfama is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The place was in a great location that allowed us to soak in the area as much as possible!

This space is in a great location - it’s walkable, central to many close sites, only a 10-15 minute walk to Rossio train station, and has some great close spots for eating. Don’t be afraid to venture out of the neighborhood, but also be sure to take advantage of the absolutely stunning terrace! If you get to meet Eugenia, she will make you feel right at home at check-in, and Wilfried is responsive to all questions. You will not regret staying in this beautiful apartment!

Het appartement voelt als thuis. De ligging is fantastisch. Je moet wel wat klimmen, maar dat is met alles in Lissabon. Heel veel leuke en goede restautantjes in de ditecte omgeving. Zowel in Alfama (wel heel erg toeristisch) als Graca (iets minder toeristisch). Jorge is een fijne host die als klap op de vuurpijl fantastisch mooie muziek maakt. Wij hebben een CD van hem gekocht en zijn op slag fan 😊 Dank je wel Jorge.

Good part of the city centre. Very close to a supermarket if you are self catering. Good area. Loved our stay there. Oh, and 2 brollies were provided because it can rain!

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment close to many restaurants and sites. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The building was secure and easy to access. The hos was very responsive.

The apartment was in a very good location in Alfama - not hilly at all! The room was tidy and cleaned everyday which was great. Agnes is a great host - she is kind and responsive. This is perfect for those who want to explore Lisbon. Thank you, Agnes!

Maggie was an incredible host. She waited to pick us up at the airport even when customs took over 2 hours, she still waited until we were ready. She was extremely responsive giving us so many options of things to do. She was able to get us a reservation at a Fado restaurant in Alfama which was great, overall an amazing experience with Maggie. The airbnb apartment is quite small due to it being in the Alfama district so don't expect something big, and the bathroom is very small. But we were still happy with it for the price, and the location in Alfama was beautiful and peaceful compared to the more touristy districts of Lisbon.

Ana was very welcoming and a great host. she went above and beyond and even scheduled us a cab for pick up in the morning. Staying in the neighborhoods, while visiting other countries, really give you the best experience of where you are visiting. Ana's place did not disappoint.
