You can expect a cozy, approx. 25 sqm room with private bathroom. A small kitchen is available in the garden. Mosel 15 km, Geierlay suspension bridge 20 km. Small two-story cottage. On the ground floor, parking for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living-dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. To sleep, go up the internal staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out to a full double bed.

Die Mosel ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in ca. 400m Entfernung.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Our vacation home is a lovingly converted, former beehive. It is surrounded by a large and quiet garden, with old fruit trees, diverse plants and a lawn. For children, there is space to play, a swing, a sandbox and a seesaw. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and excursions to the nearby Mosel.

Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend in pairs, with friends or with the family, this is the real house. It is located in the middle of woods and fields with only 2 more houses and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Elz Castle, Laacher See or Mosel are great.
