Antico Casale finemente ristrutturato pur mantenendo i materiali tipici dell'epoca. Dotato di amplio giardino recintato (circa 3500 mq), di cui una parte a pineta, due camere con letto matrimoniale, una con letto a castello ed un soggiorno con divano letto doppio. Si articola su due piani, tre bagni e tutti i servizi per una comoda permanenza (televisore, frigorifero, forno, microonde, lavatrice, set da stiro, wifi).
